Boo...I'm off out in a bit. I don't want to go. Meeting friends for drinks but I can't really be bothered and would rather stay home and snuggle!! ;)

Congratulations to 1more and Clarity!!:j:j:j Sticky baby dust to you both. xxx

Fingers crossed for you Smartie for your next test.

Sorry for all the AF arrivals, have a ((((hug)))) if you want one.

    Hello newbies:hello:

Gill - I was determined! The only reason we didn't BD on CD9 is that OH wasn't here! I think in the past we've not done enough BDing at the right time so I initiated most of our "sessions" even though we were both getting increasingly tired through the week:D

Suzy - looks like a good plan, good luck to you!

Quick sneek on while SIL is in shower;)

Had a tiny little bleed in the evening yesterday but nothing since:confused: It was awful sitting there while SIL and DH was having a laugh and I knew something was going on down there :( I did manage to do a bit of sign language at DH so he guessed and I had a little cry in kitchen:o

And guess what SIL said when we picked her up.... she had a dream we had a baby:eek:

Better go because now DS is now trying to have a nosey:mad:

    Oh hurry up weekend......

Well.......I've had sore legs and been really tired all week. Sore legs haven't been as bad the last two days so decided it must have been a result of stripping spare room last week.......in fact I was so sure there was no way I was pg that I had 2 (pretty small) glasses of wine.

Just got up and did my test......within 60 seconds another line appeared!!! It's pink but definitely very clerarly there.....even OH could see it without his specs lol

Now I feel really really stupid for having that wine! OH has been reassuring me saying it wasn't much but I still cant believe what a plonka I was!!!

Going on hols tomorrow am so a sober week in Kefalonia for me now! Got another test to take with me so I can check again during week lol

    Congratulations Gill. :j

Smartie try not to worry. Just try and keep busy and wait it out. Test again on Monday if no more bleeding. I'm sending you all the positive vibes I can force out with a slight hangover (still no dtd at ours this cycle so figured drinking was allowed), 5 hours sleep and building works (knocking down the wall) going on!!

Not a good day in the twinklie household. _pale_

Hi all, congratulations gill :) I wouldn't worry about the wine, my mate had a work trip to spain 3 days after she found out she was pg and was co-erced into having sangria, vodka and sambuca and her pg has been fine and her scans are all clear. Just think of all the women who don't even know they're pg and carry on as normal, or even the ladies on the continent/abroad - from people I've spoken to asking Italian/French/Spanish (or even Mexican) ladies to give up the odd glass of wine for 9 months is asking for a slap in the face!

CD2 here, got over my woe-is-me for this month. Its like you just have to cry it out then its gone. Or maybe that's just me. Have rewarded myself with booking an extra session at the snozone and am going to buy myself some [STRIKE]exceedingly hideous[/STRIKE] very sexy impact shorts to protect my bum from getting black and blue:

Not terribly MSE as they're £45 but if they stop me breaking myself then that's MSE for the NHS isn't it?! :D

bitzer OH swears by his. But I've never had any...I don't often fall these days though. I wuss out now and tend to stick to things I know I can handle! Ha ha. My main pain usually comes from muscles anyhoo....ha ha.

Ooh get you! Showoff! :p I'm getting some soft kneeguards too as my knees are currently black  I'm not sure how often I'll rely on the shorts to save me but my main problem on the slope (apart from being a newbie and thus a bit crap!) is I'm frightened of hurting myself. I figure these can be like Dumbo's magic feather for me :rotfl: I can lob myself about and know I won't look like a battered woman after. That and after OH cracked his coccyx once I don't want that fate for myself as knowing my luck I'd crack it then get pg  don't fancy those 2 combined!
