well.. me is 32 and OH is 35 and we are trying for our first..sis' OH had probs and went through IVF without success so really trying to stay positive and hope for the best.. i wish i could talk to her about TTC but she just stays emotionally detached and doesnt even want to adopt now.. but i am so glad i got you lovely folk to turn to..

Still no AF here, I am now about 10 days late. I am going to see my GP on Tuesday as still no symptoms and no AF... feeling kinda down about it all to be honest. I think its pretty obvious I'm not pregnant after about 5 tests, so I just wish AF would show up and we can start again for this month.

Saw a friend today who said she never got a positive on the eBay cheapies, even when she was 6 months pregnant. The only positive she ever got was on the clear blue one, which is weird because I thought those were less sensitive than the eBay cheapies? She also had no symptoms like me... holding out (probably false) hope anyway :)

Good luck with the bd'ing, sticky baby dust to those who want it and congrats to Lil Devil ;)

Congratulations LilDevil! I am so envious but so very pleased for you.

Went to see my best friend's newborn today. He is so beautiful. Kind friend keeps trying to contain my emotions by telling me horror stories about the birth and constant lack of sleep.

I think I'd swap any amount of pain or sleep deprivation in the world to be a mammy!

I have never had ovulation pains and remain blissfully unaware of OV unless CBFM tells me it's happening. Anyone else?

I HATE 3 MOBILE BROADBAND!!
Everytime i post long messages it disconnects!!

    And hi everyone! :)

Guess what happened to me today?!

Me and OH had a McD and when we had nearly finished two girls came over and told us to move so they could sit down. When i said no they started to get lairy so i told them to 'F' off :rotfl:

OH even stood his ground to and refused to move :D

Are you all enjoying your weekend so far? :):)

Im making a stew tonight :D With no meat in as me and OH dont like beef.

    x

Hi EA, I did tell you 3 mobile broadband was rubbish!! I'm on my second modem as they reckon there was something the matter with the old one......no matter how many times I told them it was all down to the crappy signal in my area!!:rotfl:

Why not try a sausage casserole instead of beef? Thats what me and OH have as I'm not overly keen on beef either, only in mince like you

Check you telling them girls to F off!:T:T

nice_nursie, I don't think I had any ov pains or anything this month, but according to my OPK's, I got 2 days of positive and today there was virtually nothing

I feel ill. Nose running, head throbbing, sore throat and aches and pains. Hayfever and lack of sleep?!

Nope, probably just not eating enough again (wacks head on the wall, gives self telling off)

ooh second the sausage casserole, we do sausage in red wine a sainsburys recipe from years ago. Only we just shove it in the oven like a normal casserole rather than cook it on hob as recipe says. We've got marinated steak tonight with roasted mediteranean vegetables, yum!

Nice-Nursie I'm right with you on I would take whatever they care to throw at me if it means we could have a baby! I get a stitch like ache around ov sometimes, not every time though.

Oh Annie I hope you get some answers soon, that's scary about the ebay cheapies! Perhaps your friend had a duff batch?

Evening people :D How is all?

I had a fun evening yesterday where we managed to get locked out of the house for 3 hours in the cold until OHs wee sister came down in a taxi with our other keys because it was late on at the weekend the taxis were busy so we sat on the steps outside laughin our heads of at what idiots we were. Tried to kick the door in but just broke the hinges and spent the best part of today fixing it lol Wont be making that mistake again!!

I did however manage to get a thermometer yesterday so thats a plus side... Even though boots wanted ... wait for it.... £8.99!!!!!! I just laughed at the guy said no chance and left!

LilDevil congrats on the BFP and yey for your wedding in 2 weeks:D
See Im hoping for something like that, how amazing would it be to announce it when everyones doing their speaches? If I get my way instead of giving the mums flowers theyll get a scan picture I think theyd love that!

Annie I hope you find out whats wrong soon
