I was listening to Doctor Jones
Its clear i made my wedding playlist when i was going through my "im going to like fun music again"
Im keeping Scooter on there though, screw the people who want there classics, its my wedding0 -
Hi Madmac, thanks for that!
I've already been through the 2ww twice. First time there was probably only time it could have happened, but I felt awful and convinced myself it was cos I was pg. 2nd time I was good and resisted testing straight away, then af was late so I convinced myself again. So 2 months of trying and already 2 disappointing BFNs!
On that note - please could someone explain the testing list to me? Is that when people plan to test, but if AF arrives a strike is put through?
I worry that it won't happen easily for me as I have problems with my periods but don't know why. At least coming on here will stop me from presuming it should happen straight away and getting upset if it doesn't.Proud to be a moneysaver! :cool:0 -
We picked all the songs we wanted for our wedding and gave a list to a friend to make a mix tape. The day before the wedding hubby had a quick listen and it was mostly really awful cheesy pop dance that we would never dream of playing
Turned out he had difficulty getting hold of the songs we wanted so instead of telling us he just filled the gaps with his own stuff!
Oh well!Proud to be a moneysaver! :cool:0 -
ARGH - just caught up, and why is everyone ovulating at the moment!?
When's it my turn?
No, not really I'm happy you're getting your next go's
You wait until I show signs of ov-ing, I'm going to be hopping around the board!
Is it just me, or does that bonking smiley look like "she" is either being "done" doggy style, or something worse.........?!?!?!:eek::eek:
Wine question - you need about half a metre wide spaceso small and compact!

Hey everyone,
How are you all doing? I've been trying to keep up with you ladies - can't keep up with the pregnancy thread - but you're not far off being as talkative as them now! It's so lovely to see how supportive and busy this thread is now and I don't know how I'd have done the past 8 months without you all.
Leopardlady, madmac & emmzy hope your OH's are doing ok. I really understand how hard it can be as I have been on antidepressants (sp?) before and things can sometimes get worse before they get better.
Sorry to hear about AF's and BFN's but I'm sure we must be due another BFP soon. Kmckee I hope that your OH's second test comes up with some positive news for you.
I have to say I'm having a really hard time not worrying myself to death about this pregnancy, I can't think how I'm going to get through (hopefully) the next 8 weeks. I daren't even think happy thoughts because I'm convinced it's all going to go wrong again even though I know statistically it shouldn't. I need to go to the docs to tell them I'm pregnant (not that they do anything - they don't even check!) and I don't know if I should try & beg for an early scan. I don't want to be seen to be wasting NHS resources though and I know they are right when they say a scan at 7 weeks 2 days could show everything to be fine and then on 7wks 3days you could miscarry. It's making me want to cry thinking about it. I keep having pictures of when I had the miscarriage in my palm flash up in my head. Sorry, that's TMI.
Didn't meant to put a downer on the threadIt's just nice to be with you ladies that understand.

Antidepressants were a b*&%#h for me
I hope your OHs have better experiences - it's good that they have such loving partners to help them through it.
Hello noobsI'm still on my 1st cycle of TTC, it feels like I've been here forever (because I'm obsessive and come here multiple times on most days :rotfl:) but I'm still one of you until cycle #2
Nikabella - I really hope everything goes well for you this time. I know you won't be able to get those images out of your mind, and that the wait will be agonising at times :grouphug: If you can afford it could you book a private scan if you can't get an early one on the NHS? How far along are you now? (Sorry, this thread moves so fast I don't have too good a concept of time on here!) Throwing lots of sticky baby dust your way!

I was going to ask my doc for an early scan, but i was to scared to incase he said no. Im going private instead because i cant spend the next 5 weeks worrying like this.
Is going private an option for you at all?
Even if its just to put your mind at rest?
Seeing the hearbeat at 8 weeks reduces your chance of mc to 5%
Yes, i have searched the internet for statistics :rotfl:
