Morning folks! Hope everyone is well today, love the smileys :-)
Just watching last night docu about a 14 ur old and 16yr old who are 'desperate' for a baby. I can't imagine having a baby as a child myself, although where I live there are so many young teen mums, who just fall pg. My sister was the same, 16, decided a baby would be fun, and the next month she was pg. In a way I wish I didn't know about ov and the rest of it. Oh bitter rant over!!
Well cd15 for me. Had lh surge on mon, TMI bd'd Tuesday morn, Tuesday night weds night and last night so hopefully I've done enough over ov. No more ewcm yesterday or today so I think that's my chance done for this month, cue the 2ww :-/
it's only month one for me so I'm hoping all of my timings are worked out right??
This is going to be the longest two weeks of my life x0 -
Lildevil: that's great...if I were u I'd be straight to the supermarket for a fr test...you have great restraint. It's scary that one little test can make or break everything x0

Hi everybody,
Just an update on whats been happening with me.
Got the results of my scan and blood tests finally and there is no indication of a pregnancy and so no miscarriage! thats good news, although they cant explain what happened to me. The doc said there probably was a fertilised egg but it didnt implant. Thats all they could offer.
Feeling much better now....thank you so much for all the nice messages of support everyone! Im really glad I found this thread...you are all so nice!
We are trying extra hard this month for a BFP!!!
One thng the doc said was that the home preg tests really aren't accurate until 2 weeks after a missed period. The best thing to do is to go to docs for a blood test.
Good luck to everyone trying this month! and ((hugs)) to those who need them right now. x0 -
Thanks for the update moneyangel, I was wondering what the docs had said to you. Glad you're feeling better too, I think half the fear is the *not knowing* what's wrong with you or what's causing the pain. Once you know I swear it gets easier.
Anywho, CD18 here, no sign of ov yet. Trying not to worry about it (and kinda failing a bit) but have plenty to do at work and lunchtime pilates to help de-stress me. Last day of work for 2 weeks then we're off to [STRIKE]sunny[/STRIKE] ScotlandPlenty of under-canvas bding to be done while we're away methinks
Ooh, loving all the rooood smileys too :rotfl:

Thanks both. Don't have time to go and get one today - got my hen night tonight, so no doubt I'll be getting a lot of 'why don't you want to drink alcohol' questions from my mother - I swear she thinks I'm an alcoholic, even though I don't drink a lot!
I don't really want to tell her yet til I get the CB one - just in case! That and she'll be giving me the 'I told you so's' because I always said I didn't want kids (just a cover up because a. I never thought I'd meet anyone and b. I never thought I could have them - I have adenomyosis which is part of the endo family)0 -
Now... what is so wrong with doggy style? I wouldn't say no, and if Hammond was involved, well...
Hammond is (according to his wiki page) 5' 7", but a former mate of mine met him at Heathrow airport once and she said she reckons he's a little shorter. There's supposed to be 9 inches in height between him and Clarkson, but I think there's more!
TBH I don't care. There's not a chance in hell it's every going to happen, but I can always have my dreams!!;):rotfl:
_clarity, I watched that programme too last night and I thought the younger one of the two was going to say at the end she was pregnant, but it surprised me when she said she wasn't going to rush into getting pregnant.:TSealed Pot Challenge Member 1216 -

I've recorded this as I was out last night, sounds like it was interesting. I'm sure a few months ago I saw a teenager on my bus with one of those baby doll things and she said to someone on the phone that she felt like a right eejit with it because it wasn't a real baby!0 -
They had those last night lildevil
I said to OH they should give every young girl one during their school life to teach what it's like to bring up a baby, as when I was at school only the kids who did health and social care were given one. I known for a fact that if the people who got pregnant young were given one it would have changed their minds!Sealed Pot Challenge Member 1216 -
