    Morning Girls,

I haven't posted in a while as I had been getting quite down waiting for AF. It finally turned up after five negative pregnancy tests on CD46!

We have decided not to TTC this next cycle as we have put it down to me stressing so much. So I won't be on here for a bit but wanted to send everyone baby dust.

Awww...good for you B2B - do what you need to do. Look after yourself and some of us will be here when you get back! I'm hoping some of the old timers will have gone by then!

Maddie...yey for being cycle buddies! I wanna start temping too but OH says I should let another cycle or two go by first. It's kind of more of an interest thing than anything else! I'll wait till December I think because Dec/Jan is our ideal conceiving period.

Although I am thinking of getting some Ov Sticks....to figure out when I'm ovulating/of have ovulated in the mean time.

Ah B2B sorry to hear you're not doing so well with it all. I don't know how long you've been trying but I did go through something similar about 5 months ago. It all came to a head one night and I had to give myself a good talking to about it all. I'm now as chilled out as I can be about it all but it's not easy sometimes. Good luck to you and hopefully a little time out will soon have you back here with us.

CAFCGirl we really are cycle buddies! It's my firs day back tomorrow after a week off and I so know what you mean about rather being at home living the family life.Especially as we had a taste of this earlier in teh week staying with my broither and his family. My nephews are gorgeous and really makes it hit home why we want children so badly.

twinklie - I think my OH realises there's not much hope in controlling me, we aren't even meant to be 'trying', just not avoiding

I wanna start temping to understand my cycles more. Also would rather temp than use OV sticks cos I'm tight :money:! I'm going to try to get a thermometer that isn't just for TTC, then it might also stop me from trying to convince myself i have swine flu everytime i have a headache :o

Back to the ss'ing - i got myself some tea and marmalade on toast last night - the tea tasted like an ashtray and the toast stunk of beans on toast to a level that was quite off putting. I think I need to find something else to focus on for a couple of weeks.
Proud to be a moneysaver!

Becs - Wow, we're like cut from the same cloth LOL. I've got to wait another 7 weeks for my next week off but I am so excited because we'll be going to NYC!!!
I've had this really cool plan for telling DH that we're pregnant as well on holiday but it does mean getting preggers before then LOL....... Oh well I'm off to make myself a little getting pregnant folder with my checklists in and then im going to try and source some recipes to make sure I get all my 5 a day in, and look for some new ideas in the bedroom to keep things sexy ;)

Maddie if you're going to be temping you need a BBT thermometer not an ordinary one. Also things to bear in mind with temping are you must take your temp at exactly the same time every day before you get out of bed. I stopped it in the end because I go through phases of waking early and needing the loo so that was no good as was affecting the temps. Also I had to temp before 7am during the week because of getting up for work so waking at that time at the weekends was a pain!

Waking at 6.30 on a weekend is not sitting pretty with me. Might give that a miss then....unless I start to despair anyway.
