Well done on making that pie, not making me jealous or hungry as I don't like cherries! If it had been rhubarb, now that would be different... :D
Oooo I'm awaiting rhubarb from my Dads allotment:D Can't wait to introdue Dh to it! I was amazed when I found out he's never tried it:eek: Althoug if he smelt it before it got cooked he'd probably stay away from it completely:rotfl:Smells like sweaty armpits to mesmiley-sick006.gif

Hello to all you lovely ladies; can I please join you??? We 'officially' started TTC two months ago and I was absolutely convinced that we got lucky last month; I was SS like you wouldn't believe (or perhaps you will!). I even took 3 tests before it finally sunk in that I wasn't preggers. Have now managed to get to grips with my cycle so will going at it with a vengeance from now on!.

It now consumes me on a daily basis and I'm finding myself trawling mothercare and researching what car seat is best! Is that normal!!!!! please say yes or I'll just go and get myself committed now.

    Ellie. xx
Welcome to the joys of ttc:rolleyes: And before you're finished you'll probably know more than your doctor:D
I trawl t'interweb looking for the best deals & researching what I want too:rolleyes:(I've graduated from re-usables to the type of travel system I want:o)

To keep track of your cycles you can use FF or MyMonthlyCycles they're both free although after 30days think you have to get VIP membership for FF or it'll lose your info:confused: Plus I prefer the cuteness of MMC:p

I've since discovered that nothing is sacred on this board!! He gets a bit confused, bless him, with the fact that there is a limited window of opportunity and keeps asking if I have a 'baby on board' everytime we BD; he thinks that it's possible to test immediately! I'd rather not blind him with science at this stage; I'm working on the assumption that as long as he gets his oats on a regular basis, he's a happy bunny!
And you're right nothing is sacred, no such thing as TMI on this board:rotfl:

Update.........Cherry Pie was delish!!! Was as good as shop bought so Dh said and getting a compliment from him is like getting blood from a stone so pretty chuffed with myself:D Got leftovers for tonight! YUM!

Well I think AF may be imminent:mad: Shes taunting me with a little spotting and my tum feels heavy IYSWIM although did have jalapenos on pizza last night....nope I'm clutching at straws:rolleyes:
So unless my some miracle I'm not full flow by sunday I'm out:mad::mad::mad::mad:

Can you cross me off the list please confuzzled, AF arrived in spectacular style this morning :(

I'm making an appointment at the doctors this week for me and OH to be checked. I think it's taking us too long to concieve, especially with other people in our immediate familes being able to look at a bloke/woman and get pregnant!!

nunnygirl - sorry to hear of her arrival... how long have you been trying? I was just wondering how long people leave it before going to the doctors for tests?

Right honestly I'm not SS but I've got a pain in my side (bit like period pain), a horrible taste in my mouth and I keep feeling sick. What is wrong with me?? I've also not had a motion iyswim for over 3 days now and don't feel the need for one at all! I'm getting a bit cheesed off now - I'd be excited if I though I would get a bfp, but honestly I don't think I will.

I blame not being at school anymore...my body can't cope with the lack of routine!
((hugs to those that need them))

Hi all, been keeping quiet as didn't want to wind myself up this month by symptom spotting, then getting all excited, then getting AF and being devastated.

Well fingers crossed my cycles are getting back to normal as had EWCM followed by +ve OV a few days later. (not had this in years due to the pill). AF due on Monday coming. Though have spotting and back ache, so reckon she is making an early appearance. Strange for me though as never suffered back ache as a symptom before.

Oh well. fingers crossed for the coming month. And at least I haven't had the disappointment of a BFN.

Madmac can I have an invite for the FaceBook group?

    oh, and welcome Ellie.
  • Sorry to hear AF got you nunnygirl :(

twinklie-maybe you're missing the coffee you have in the day at work? I know my routine (mind and errm- "body") goes out of synch when I'm on hols because I have less tea/coffee. Hopefully it is BFP for you, but we're all being good and not SS aren't we ladies?!;)

So much for all my jobs to be done this morning, have spent 2 hours on phone to my sister in Aus (all free courtesy of TalkTalk very MSE :money:) and have got nothing done!! :o
