I get this a day before AF properly shows up which I always list as 'spotting' although I always have AF symptoms too. HTH xQuote:
I have no normal symptoms of AF - No stomach cramps, spots, achey bones etc. but have brown / very very dark red that requires a panty liner. Normally AF is a lot lighter and much heavier.
Sorry actually meant - a lot lighter in colour! and much heavier in flow.

Hi Ladies! Welcome Ellie (I'm new too!)
This may be too much information so please feel free to stop reading now!.... but I'm not really up on all my body changes and cycle bits and bobs yet so was wondering if you could advise me - Managed to get a BD in last night - hubby felt a bit better! Today I had a clear white stringy discharge - is that the ECWM or whatever you keep talking about?? Does that mean I am ovulating and if it does should we keep BD'ing whether we want to or not??!!
Thanks TTC experts:D0 -
I lurve Vimto! Normally drink it, but I've been drinking a lot of Pepsi Max at the moment to try and win a blooming phone as mine's about knackered and I'd love the one they're giving away!!
jacqhale, EWCM is clear and stretchy, this may be TMI but you need to get it on your fingers and pull it. What CD are you on and how long are your cycles?Sealed Pot Challenge Member 1216 -

Does CD mean days through my cycle? I am 19 days in and my cycle last month was 34 days (before that 32 and before that 28)
Thanks!0
