Can you be allergic to folic acid?? I'm convinced I am. Every time I take it I feel sick!! Around the time I started taking it I got a horrid taste in my mouth as well and it won't go away. Pains in my belly have gone though which is a bonus!!
Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

No I take it with food...but I've been taking with my dinner since I don't have breakfast at the minute (up to late). Hmmm...maybe I caught something at the doctors this morning - ick! Full of sick people!

Hmmm....good plan MadMac, maybe I should try that. Right tomorrow I shall take it at night.

twinklie are you just taking folic acid or a multi vit for ttc? if it is more than just folic acid then always take it with food, as an empty stomach will not like any vit. so always eat and then take pill :)
