oHH Good luck Skinty, hope things start going for you!!
Glam, keep your fluids up,hope you feel better soon!
Karen- did you manage to get comfortable on your camping trip? If so HOW??! Happy birthday for yesterday too xx

I went to look at the Mamas & Papas ultima pram last night and loved it,its absolutley immaculate, just a few tiny scratches on the handle, hardly noticeable. I asked if the car seat had been in any knocks (even though it looks immaculate) and she reassured me that no it hadn't and she would never sell one that had..made me feel quite bad that I'd asked her actually but I had to. We tried the pram in our boot and it does fit so thats good. We came home and got our pram down from the attic bedroom and had a good look at it and decided to buy the M&P one and sell the I Candy as it would be more practical for our needs. I still love the icandy though and will be gutted to see it go but hubby won't let me keep both! So if anyone knows anyone who might be interested in looking at a brand new I Candy cherry and a brand new black maxi cosi carseat ;)
Were collecting the other pram tonight :D

Ahh Lou, i suffer with low BP, I got a kit from Boots so I can monitor it myself, but I find that drinking water and keeping little wheat biscuits with me help.. I've had a couple of fainting episodes and its very scary, look after yourself x

Lou - hope you are ok.
Helen - thanks for birthday wishes. I have to say I slept better camping than I have been at home for the past week! I think being coccooned in my "mummy" sleeping bag and it being a lot cooler at night helped. I am wondering about camping again in September but am wondering if I will still be able to fit in my sleeping bag.
Sounds like you have got a good pushchair. I think you have to ask if the car seat has been in a crash otherwise you would worry.

We managed to get one second hand pushchairfrom a friend for £100 - Silver Cross travel system. Really good condition. I am just going to give it a sponge clean on a nice sunny day and it will be good to go.
Tegan Lily arrived 4 November 2009 (3 days late)

Floyd Peter arrived 9th July 2011 (1 day early) :D

Im well happy with it, think we have got a fantastic deal..pram body, pushchair unit, car seat, pram raincover, carseat raincover, pram and pushchair aprons, parasol, carseat easyfix base and a lascal buggy board for £200! And it's all immaculate hardly used condition. Don't know what weight the buggy board goes up to but Im assuming my 6year old son will be too big for it so we'll wack that on Ebay, they seem to fetch £20-£30 on there.
love my little man he is amazing :j

Ohh are we allowed that? I always took that for my aches and pains before pregnant, but thought I couldnt have it now so have been having paracetamol when the pain gets really bad, but its not as good as co-codemol?

Helen that's a right bargain! No wonder you are so pleased!

Good news about your BP Dawn, hope your arm feels better soon too.

Lou and nancmat - I had low BP with my last pregnancy. Was signed off work as I almost passed out every time I stood up. I wasn't sure if it was something that was likely to happen again though. Had a couple of dizzy spells so far but not bad at all, although I was about 17 weeks when I got it before and I'm only 10 now so I guess I'll just have to wait and see.

It should be prescribed to us. I was given 8/500mg for the headaches (and been told to take it for the SPD/Ligament/BH pains too).

With DS2 I was given 30/500mg for SPD, but they blew my mind and all I did was sleep and stare.

If you have some why don't you call your mw or hospital and ask them if it's ok? Just to be safe and follow MSE rules ;)
