Morning all
I'm sat waiting for the Doctors surgery to open so that I can find out if I can go back to work today. Had a slightly better night with the heartburn, took the rolled up towels out from under the mattress and it was only slight instead of full on chest on fire feeling.
Baby H has been moving most of the night though, so sleep wasn't particularly easy. It's a good job I'm on my own, I was lying there at one point laughing at her cos she was poking out of both sides at once. Last monday she was head down, but I think now that she is side to side. Thought I could feel a head or a bum earlier but I'm not really sure what I'm feeling so I could be wrong.
Hope you all have wonderful days, looks like it might be a bit cooler today.

It was quiet on here last night! Hope you get on okay at the doctor's Harley. Do you feel ready to go back to work or would you rather have another week off?
Off to work for me, although I only have a half day. Tummy feels a bit icky and I have had dia woo woo for a few days now but I think it's just a side effect of the anti-biotics I'm on. Hopefully can speak to my boss today about my recent health issues (!) I'm seriously considering Mat Leave two weeks earlier, but am worried I'll be really bored at home as that would give me 8 weeks off before EDD.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -

Morning! Very quiet on here last night and so far this morning!
I still have awful pain my mouth. I'd heard gums can be affected during pregnancy but I hope this goes away cos I seriously can't cope with this for another 6 months! Been having to take paracetamol as my gums are aching so much!
At the dentist first thing tomorrow so mayeb he can recommend something.
Also got my 12 (13) week scan today!! Can't wait!!
Lovely bump by the way Glam!0 -

wow it was quiet last night!
Lou - good luck with scan, let us know how u get on. Yay for getting a bed frame :T
GISI - hope you feel better soon. I had dia woo woo yesterday - not sure why and OH was OK
I will have just over 3 weeks off before baby arrives and my diary is chocka! Got weekly MW or clinic appointments, parentcraft, aqua natal, sling meeting, ante-natal physio and on top of all that need to get everything sorted out in the house. Personally I think I would be bored being off for 8 weeks especially if you don't have much to do around the house or for baby's arrival.
Harley - hope you get something stronger than the Gaviscon. The Omperazole should help if they will give it. Although every appt I go to baby is head down I'm sure he still moves about and lies across me - I have 2 big bumps either side of my tummy but like u have no idea what is what!
Bump been quiet over the weekend but just as I was panicing this morning he gave a few good kicks!
Right, I must log off now and get some work done.
Suzy - if you log on Labour vibes to you hunny!!!!A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
Where does the time go? :think:0 -

Must admit, I'm bit bored at home. It's not like I can go shopping and meet friends and stuff like I would when on ML. My hips are hurting again, and I'm really tired cos of the heartburn and baby moving and keeping me awake. I'm lucky that I really love my job but Baby comes first now so I will do whatever the Doc tells me.
Apparently someone is going to ring me back rather than make me go up there which will help hugely with the hips, though I can drive practically door to door.
ETA: Lovely Doc has just rang. Wants me off for another week, which is probably a good thing but really did want to go back, she is also going to get me a prescription for Omeprazole which WM recommended.
Going to ring best mate and see if she can get it for me.
Sorry your not feeling so good GISI. I am having to think about leaving earlier too after this last week. I was planning on working up until 4 days before EDD but now thinking that was a particularly stupid idea. Will see how I feel when I go back next week. Trouble is, longer we are off before, less time we get at home with babies after.
