I've been up since 6.30am, too excited to sleep. Wish the postman would come soon and also about the baby. Another day to wait!!!

Only a little reflux this morning but a good nights sleep last night, so long as I kept
myself upright with a single quilt all folded up as a pillow.

Off to look for a camera from agos.

But in my head it's all lovely, I get to cuddle her for a bit during the section which goes well, and I am all sewn up without any problems and it's not sore... lala land! (and I'm staying here)

I have to wait till anytime between 11am-1.30pm for teh post!!!!!:mad::eek:

Tia, your postman sounds about as lazy as mine, we got post arrive at 4.30 the other day????

It's so weird having an actual date to have our babies, I swing between unbeleivably excited and utterly terrified, I'm really nervous about the op and the being a mum bit, at least you know what you're in for, you've got 2 gorgeous boys already (i was peeking at your photos on facebook this morning)!

I checked yesterday and i will get to cuddle the little guy while they're sewing me up too so that's good, skin to skin with me and then once i have to be taken to recovery (still not happy about this bit but nothing i can do) then OH is under strict instructions to put little man inside his t-shirt for good daddy skin to skin time. I'm trying to see it as a positive and that it means he gets to know both our smells really early on and will be comforted by both of us....

For those of you with kids already, did the baby seem to know daddy straight away or not?
