Sarah - they only count if it's 2 portions of chips. Not just 2 chips - that's not enough. I am joking in case anyone thinks I am an unhealthy cow! ;)

Nanc - no idea about working out the weight. I know the others were talking about it a couple of days ago. As we don't get a second scan here, I would have no idea where to start. Congrats on team pink btw. Have you gotten used to the idea that it's a girl?

Glam - enjoy aquanatal class. I really do fancy it, but don't I will get a swimsuit to fit. Can't find any maternity swimsuits with enough support for me. So whoever said today they had gone up to a DD cup - you don't know how lucky you are!!!

I'm cheating and wearing a pre-pregnancy tankini which now looks like a bikini and then wearing a t-shirt over! This is the one near my work which is only £2.50 - 2 weeks there and then rest of time at one by me which is £3.50 cos it's a David Lloyd

I would be bursting out of my bikini I'm afraid. Probably should buy a few loose baggy t-shirts actually. I quite fancy using the birthing pool at hospital for pain relief when in labour so maybe need to get something to wear in it!

lol potatoes don't count as one of your 5 a day unfortunately

What?! Next you'll be telling me 3 packs of mini cheddars and a custard slice is not a nutritional meal!

Quick question for those that have already had kids - do I actually need a baby monitor for when LO goes into it's own room? Our room is next to the nursery and our house is open plan so I'm guessing I could hear any cries pretty well. What do you all think? x

Fitzio - I hear ya'!! I've bought my tankinis from Bravissimo in the past, as anything that doesn't bra cup sizes is just not feasible. Unfortunately both my boobs AND my tum have outgrown it so not sure what I'll use for aquanatal...might just do like Glam and wear it w/ a vest top or something over. I was thinking possibly getting a sports bra or similar for use in the birthing pool? Swimsuits are too expensive for that purpose & I've seen loads of vids with women in normal bras or just vest tops in the birthing pool.

would like to win a holiday, please!!

Sarah - whenever you eat anything u look at the nurtitional info so in your case you had plenty of Calcium.

Anything fruit flavoured can be counted as one of your five a day

Ice cream is OBVIOUSLY good for u - it's calcium and if it's strawberry it's even better for you!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I don't like showing my belly off. Bit body conscious since my big boobie days!

Girls - Bravissimo used to be my best friend - 2 ops later I can buy bras ANYWHERE :j:j

    I think you are right!

We had a three story victorian house when I had my first two, and I'm deaf as a post usually, and we NEVER didn't hear the children when they woke! They really only have two volume settings when they are babies - mute (ie asleep) and earsplitting!
