Fitzio, I sympathise majorly with the cramps!!! I wake up crying with mine, so at least your only screaming. OH is used to them by now and mutters a "cramp?, ya alryt!?" without even opening his eyes and turnign over for another sleep. lol. Best thing that worked for me, was if i could hobble to the bathroom and put my foot in the cold bath and straighten my leg if possible.

Thanks Carla. It's now 2 hours later and the muscle still feels tight. I did try to get out of bed at the time to get to the bathroom as I was sure that's what you should do for foot cramp, but I couldn't move with the pain!

Not sure what to do. Too scared to go back to sleep in case I wake up in agony again. Been drinking hot milk in case it's a lack of calcium and wrapped up warm, but not fully eased off. So I am up, but can hardly get down the stairs. Should it ease of quicker than this or is this normal?!

i get that too sometimes, if it was a really tight cramp, the muscle will still feel tight until i started walkign about and exercising it! I never get them any othetr time than when im pregnant, i am not sure why! I believe I read somewhere that they are common in pregnant women = no idea why - not think us pregger ladies have enough to deal with!!!?? lol.

Well, I have been doing all sorts of weird stretches and wiggling of feet etc, but it's still sore. Will just keep trying. There's something wonderful and new every week with pregnancy isn't there?!! I was doing really well, and now it's leg cramp, Carpal Tunnel, heartburn, backache, elephant feet etc!

33 weeks today :T so hoping I have had nearly all symptoms now and not much else can go wrong!! I'm sure it's because I dodged morning sickness. Some sick pregnant woman somewhere is getting her own back on me! lol.

I'm back from the very rainy Isle of Wight. Did you miss me?!

CONGRATULATIONS Triggles! So pleased you now have your little one in your arms and that you are home so quickly.

Fitzio- I get leg cramp quite a bit. It was really bad last night but I think that's because I spent a lot of the day stood around in the rain so my muscles got really cold.

Haven't really caught up yet- probably won't have a chance till tonight but is there anything else I've missed?

Hi ladies. Just a quick post as i've not had chance to catch up yet since Tuesday as i went for induction on Weds 29th and was only discharged from maternity ward yesterday. Please could someone add me to the birth list?
Baby boy born by emergency c-section. on 29th July weighing 8.10.

Hope you and bumps (and babies!) are all okay,
