Xmas I'm taking 2000mg orally and then adding another (punctured) capsule in the other direction last thing at night.

Need to go out and buy arnica. If we're going on Monday I'll need to start taking it tomorrow.

Thanks csh - I always ignore the ebay email, but another baby sleeping bag is probably a good idea.

Thank you glam i am checking out holland and barrett now. you say insert the primrose oil do we not take it oraly then ?

    Both!! :p

    Oral

    EPO 1-2 500mg from week 34 to week 37
    3-4 500mg during week 38

    Inserting
Insert 1 capsule each night from week 36 or 37 - can't decide!

I think you !!!!! a hole in the capsule, put it as far in as you can (the closer to the cervix the better) then by morning it will have dissolved but wear a panty liner as someone said it got messy esp. as we are up for nightly toilet breaks ;)

H&B - I ordered the RLT and Calcium from there - I got the Calcium with Vitamin D (this is also supposed to be beneficial). Think it was 250 600mg capsules for £3.99.

The Arnica was cheaper on eBay.
A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Where does the time go?

From your research, Glam, could one infer that since you are being induced 2 wks early, someone planning to go to full term could move all those dosages & such back by 2 weeks? I just can't see myself inserting EPO every night for 6+ weeks!! That's one I might laze out on ;).

H&B are going to lurrrrve us! Might wait til there's a discount code or sale floating around, since I have til November to sort this stuff out :p:D

csh - thanks for the tip off about sleeping bags!! If you get more info, please let me know!

Calcium needs to vitamin D to be absorbed properly, I remember from my nutrition classes.

About inserting EPO - it didn't occur to me when it happened that things might look a little like a tiny oil slick during the nocturnal bathroom breaks. So don't panic :)

Also, if anyone's taking a magnesium supplement, this is supposed to help support and maintain cervical thickness and closed-ness. Which I only found out two days ago and has been irking me ever since.

Wow, you lot were chatty last night. Like ML I abandoned you to watch Midsomer Murder as it is must see TV in our house too!

I know I won't remember everything, but will try my best! Feeling really good this morning, plus OH has gone to get MacD's for breakfast (which is very unlike us) so I'm having pancakes and syrup.

Fitzio- LURVE that bag! Is that the colour you have? It is absolutely gorgeous. OH has banned me from buying a new labour bag, although I may be able to persuade my Mum to gift me one.......otherwise it is either a small trolley case or a sports holdall (formerly a gym bag, but feel a bit of a cheat calling it that as I haven't been for six months).

Jenny- at the spider. Hope your OH has moved it by now, but I know the feeling when they are at work all night and you really them! Bloomin shifts.

Suzy- I am shocked that you have long hair as I imagined you look like your avatar! Incidentally I had my hair cut very similar to your avatar yesterday, I have just realised. Sending you lots of labour vibes.

Sure I had lots more to say, but cannot remember what! Will probably post again in a mo!

    Succinct rant ahead:

The cat has just thrown up. On my labour bag. I'm going to make the baby mittens, socks and a hat out of him.

OK i have my calcium and arnica and ive topped up my RLT stocks. I'm still wavering on the EPO as used to use it for period pains and it never really did anything for me i may check it out at tesco later when we pop in..

Ive plumped for the 6c tabs of arnica so i aint popping hundreds of pills :-)

    Thank you all :-D
