Quickie idiot first-timer question: is it normal for cravings to come back late on?

I've just inhaled a packet of Fish and Chip flavour crisps. They were horrible, but I hunted them out especially and nothing else would do.

Well, throughly peed off with new job people! They said I had to work for them before I had baby so I arranged to start ML then do a few days - all bl00dy changed now!

Finish 3 weeks today, start with new employer (but not work for them) on 17th August - start ML on Tuesday 18th August. IF I can start ML on a Tuesday - I thought it had to be a Sunday

At least I can finish on the 14th and not worry about going to new job or about needing to take a days unpaid leave to do their stupid induction!
And I'll accure holidays (but not Bank Holidays) from August to March and can tag them onto ML.
Just waiting for all the confirmation once they received references!

Been passed medically fit - thought they might have got me in over GD but thankfully someone with their head screwed on signed it off :j

NMS - you must be busy with your boss but enjoy your last day.

I can't wait for my last day! I know the girls are planning a big lunch and are already doing a collection. Bless them!

now new job saying that they want to give me an offer letter with a start date in May 2010. This means I can put name down for creche (which is the important thing!) but means I won't become an employee until next year - had they told me this instead of saying they wanted me on books before I wouldn't have said anything to current employer!

Thankfully, I've not actually handed my notice in (just said expect a reference) and seeing as I won't be starting work for a new employer until May 2010 I would still be entitled to my 19 days holiday and my maternity leave.

Do you think it's naughty to say to my current employer that job offer has fallen through and that I will just be going on Mat Leave?
Then in April 2010 hand my 4 weeks notice in and start for other people in May.

No idea how much weight I have put on but I always get a seat on the tube now and even blokes who don't normally notice anything notice. Even having to wear maternity clothes now as anything else just isn't comfortable enough for any length of time. (Only stress on the weight front is that there is another girl at my work pregnant and only 2 weeks behind me and you can't tell she is pregnant but she did have a bit of weight beforehand where as I was all skinny.) Noogle is kicking and rolling and twisting about and god knows what else! Sometime she does it so much I feel sick! but I love it really. Bit of backache but mainly at the end of the day and nothing too bad, difficult to sleep but not having to go to the loo during the night so generally everything is great. Got my 28 week midwife appointment next week.

Yay, skinty!!! Sorry was just watching trashy TV so I missed ya'. Beautiful name for your baby girl and to see you are all healthy & happy at home together. Hope we get a piccy soon, but you're obviously very busy with your new little one!!

Oohhhh I want £95 though, booo does it look tacky with clingy fabric on bump.. i been wearing drapey and smocky stuff at the mo..

Thanks Jennynoo, I'm gona have my 28wk week after next after 4d scan just encase it highlights any concerns...my bump came on really quickly
