Have emailed Consumer Pulse (likely in vain):o.

Feel like I have had a very productive day - no outstanding letters to compose:j. But feel to keep up momentum its important to sign off each night with a "TO DO" list for the following day, so here goes for tomorrow:

    1. Phone Butlins Bingo to have new card added for deposit and withdrawal for my free bingo wins. The existing card is an account I'm now fighting the cca on, so won't be using that one! Will tell them the account is closed and therefore no longer using the card, and ask them to add another payment card. It won't let you do this online, and I've been meaning to do this forever!!!!

    2. Find my co-op dividend card and have receipt points added either online or by telephone:cool:.

    3. Put bargain dress (M&S Autograph dress RRP £49.50 bought on ebay for £20 bnwt!!!) into seamstress to have taken in under the arms, for brother in laws engagement party.

    4. List 10 ebay items (I'm working on it - as soon as Jeremy Kyle is finished :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:)

    5. [STRIKE]Book flight for 4th June to go back to London (nightmare because of BA intended strike action)[/STRIKE] I'm having to go back a day early as the flights are £180 on the 5th (got one on the 4th for £56), but will try to get a bank shift to at least make some money out of it. An extra day away from my family though

Nothing too intellectually demanding I realise, but its been a tough week!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

p.s, must also check whether I won the lottery tonight ;)

I'm planning to finish this list before lunch so that I can have the afternoon free for dealing with whatever the postman brings :D

No major news from the postman today except a "Solicitors" letter from Russell and Aitken re: Barclaycard threatening "considering proceeding with court action". I'd love to see them try - they would need to magic up a true copy of the executed consumer credit agreement in order to be able to proceed with court action. Empty threats:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

C'mon you can do it Gar. Only 4 more to go. Do you have the turbolister thing (I have no idea what it is but I've seen others talking about it)

Well done on the elec credit! My bills should be through next week and I am hoping for credits on both, think I'll phone for a refund if there is.

    Hey gargrave,

Hope the plodding on with Ebay is going well!

Just had a quick catch up, you certainly haven’t lost your touch with the ol’ letter writing! And you’ve had some incredible ones back! Particularly from the Barclaycard scumbags! I am still in cahoots with them dating back from last May. At the moment it has done three rounds of the numerous add-on scumbags and is currently back with BC, who I do wish would just make their mind up, sell it to one of their many minions and let me put a lovely low F&F offer in!

Will be really interested to see the response from your letter to The AA, I’m having epic problems with them at the moment for my personal loan. Sigh.

But thanks for the new toy…the savings ticker…just about to dive in! :rotfl:

Thanks Rainy, a total of 11 items on ebay for me and 3 or 4 more to list today:j.

Glad to see you think I haven't lost my touch with the letter writing! Although I have to say I am not holding my breath with AA as they are part of HBOS, and I know first hand what a*sholes they are!!!!! However if they don't make some offer, I'm considering complaining to the ombudsman, as the banks are being hauled over the coals just now about "treating customers fairly";).

Well, not a great start to the day. Got an email from consumer pulse - they are not willing to reopen my account so bye bye £10 house of fraser voucher every month:(.

Got another email from butlins bingo, I have a balance of £32.80 in my account and they have emailed to say they have looked at my account and the only transactions are to withdraw free daily scratchcard winnings, apparently this is bonus abuse and they are closing my account :( - this is awful I had been saving that money towards my saving pot.

Whats the postman going to bring - a bleedin valid CCA for HBOS!!!!!!!! That might just finish me off, I watch and wait:(

Oh what a rotten day Gar.
I had to give up with butlins bingo, they wouldn't let me put a new card on the account when there was cash in there.

Thats awful about consumer pulse as well. I don't know how they work but is there a chance you could open a new account in a couple of months? or open one in OHs name?

Fingers crossed for something nicer from postie.
