    Thanks to Verbatim and littleangels,

My hubby's friend bought the van - he transferred the £1500 into our account tonight and we will drop the van off tomorrow - so no worries on the deposit front thank goodness!:D

My flight is booked for Sunday night - just trying to arrange B&B for Sunday night as I can't collect my keys until Monday.

Waiting on a call for the lead midwife tomorrow to arrange my shifts etc and find out when I'll be back home!!!!

Very excited and a little scared all at once:eek:

Thanks everyone for your well wishing, my post was sparse this morning. Nothing interesting for once.

My posts might be few and far between over the weekend as we have a surprise 50th and I'm stressed out to the back teeth getting organised for flying down Sunday. Hope my mobile broadband works so I can keep you all up to date.:D

Never thought this day would come:eek:

Hope the new job is going well and you are not missing hubby and DS too much yet.

    Is the accomodation okay?

    Good luck with it all.

Big thanks to blue jeans, jen and tixy:beer:. Everything has went well so far!!!! The accommodation is fine and I'm all settled in. Yesterday I was in tears on the phone to hubby and DS but today I've pulled myself together and had a good day:D.

Just out of the shower, had my dinner and settling down with my book and wee glass of wine before bed. An observation only day tomorrow in the community as part of my orientation. My shifts aren't too bad - they have worked it for me to have 4 days at home 3 times over the initial 6 week period so I'm pleased with that.:p

Desperately waiting to get home to see where we are at with the creditors. Hubby won't open the mail because he says I deal with everything and he wouldn't know what to do if he opened a threatening letter:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Glad to see you are all fine, and thanks for your well wishes!:D Crikey - I'm a real midwife now:eek:
