Visit this link, there is a doorstep letter on it. Not sure if there is a better one on the template letters thread - might be worth a look xx J

I have the standard letter thread saved as a subscribed thread as I'm always referring to it - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=963087

Didn't know about the fighting debt website though Gar so thanks for that -I'll add that to my favourites next to national debtline!

Congrats on not being a criminal.........:rotfl::rotfl:

We all have our own small celebrations :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Done my letters that I threatened to do yesterday (but didn't!), and off to the gym this afternoon. My friend works in the gym and I get in for free. Also, she is a personal trainer so she is going to work my butt off. Must find new friends :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Did my hour cardio at the gym, feeling suitably mug (and incredibly sore!).

Usually I would reward my hard work with a glass of wine - but I guess thats where it all goes horribly wrong! Therefore instead I'm having a cup of tea ;)

Yeah you see that's were I go wrong:rotfl:. I used to watch Emmerdale and use my cross trainer at the same time then hop of and have a glass of wine, in the end I thought it was pointless so I gave up......the cross trainer not the wine:p.

OH now says my cross trainer is the most expensive clothes hanger I've ever bought:rotfl:.

  • Good morning all:hello:

Well todays post, is pretty dull.:o

A letter from HBOS Visa - telling me that my payment is late and it must be an oversight.

It must have been an oversight when they misplaced my CCA then. No money from me thanks - will remind them of this with a letter.:D

RBS have written to tell me I'm overdrawn - that will be the £193 charges they applied to my account for paying 3 x £1 cheques and a debit card payment of £2.53 and £12.97. Have written a complaint so will see what comes of this.:o

  • Today I plan to:

    • Get a washing out the back garden whilst its dry!!!!
    • Write to HBOS re: Visa - just to remind them why I'm not paying
    • Tax my car - just realised the tax is out - the reminder fell down the side of the fridge
    • List 10 items on Ebay
    • Phone a couple of temp agencies to speak to them re: temp work
    • Need to walk round to the shop to hand a newspaper in for my next door neighbour
