£170 in cash to pay in to the bank tomorrow morning, and £250 en route from paypal to the bank. That will take us close to £7k in the Aussie pot :D.

Schools over here usually have really great before school (breakfast club type things) and after care, particularly at primary level, so I would check with Cole's school about care. xx

Thanks llamahead, I emailed my friend last night about that as her son is at the same school. She is going to give me a call and chat through the options. Have decided to go for 12 hour shifts, Alan is off for the first 2 or 3 weeks anyway so we will have time to work it all out :).

A beautiful gift from my 3 girls in London arrived today.

It's a set of 2 white gold bangles, joined by a circle that says "friends", and has been completely personalised both sides of each bangle with their own little message.

    It reads

"Good Friends are Impossible to Forget"
"Chase your dreams love Jade, Amy & Steph"

    and the other one

"She turned her can'ts into can's and her dreams into plans"

It made me well up, which is unheard of for me. Love those girls, I don't think you realise how good friends are until you face leaving them. They know I'm doing the right thing, and have given me nothing but encouragement every step of the way, since the day I set foot in London :).

Just popped in to wish you well on your journey and i love aus and the lifestyle choices it offers...I hope all your dreams are fulfilled out there...BON VOYAGE..
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

Thanks everyone, I love the message too and I'm feeling so positive about our impending move :D.:j:j:j:j

On the downside, just discovered someone has stolen Cole's bike last night. Suppose I better remove it from Gumtree! Poor Cole, he is gutted but he was asked to put it round the back garden last night!!!!
