Just realised my Tesco Clubcard vouchers for Cineworld expire 30/6/12:eek:.
Couple of rush trips to the cinema to organise! So glad the forecast is for rain:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.LBM 30/6/9 Unsecured debts [STRIKE]£25,323.48[/STRIKE] £0 :T Debt free

Fairy cakes are in the oven, but the mixture was a bit runnier than usual, so I don't have high hopes:o.
Cole now has friends in to play because the weather is rubbish.
Dishes are done, and new ones made in their place. My husband will be pleased:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.LBM 30/6/9 Unsecured debts [STRIKE]£25,323.48[/STRIKE] £0 :T Debt free

Trying really hard to muster the enthusiasm to get ebaying AGAIN!
Pay day tomorrow, and due some bank too.
Eventually managed to sort out the bank I was owed, half of it coming this week and the remainder next week hopefully.
Planning on sortng out some money stuff tomorrow. Watch this space!LBM 30/6/9 Unsecured debts [STRIKE]£25,323.48[/STRIKE] £0 :T Debt free

Just to expand on the above, its the day of my monthly wage and its at least £500 lighter than usual. I used to walk out with £2.5k a month, then when I moved into the staff flats it was taken off my wages so walked out with around £2.1k a month. This month I have only been paid £1687!!!!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
Bank has gone in at £378 but I'm still outstanding 2 shifts to date which should have been paid last week. I think I have put all the necessary work in to ensure this is paid next week.;)
Another 1 x nightshift bank to be paid next week (hopefully in addition to the 2 I am owed!!!). Having scrutinised the figures (my friend opened my payslip and texted me the figures), I've realised its because I had a pile of mandatory study days last month which meant I wasn't getting shift allowance:o. Damn it - I was hoping for a clerical error.
Never mind, better news too.
AHPRA have now sent my application for registration for final approval, sounds like my Visa should be issued shortly:j:j:j:j.
Also have just sold my Nike holdall on Gumtree - it was collected this morning and I am officially £5 richer:D.
Nothing interesting in the post this morning. The HMRC reminded me that I no longer qualify for tax credits - I had noticed.
My deposit from the staff accommodation is already en route to my bank account (Aussie pot) according to the email I received this morning.
The ebay money has been pouring in and the Aussie pot currently stands at £1644.41, with the deposit still to come in as well as more eBay money.
Must get the car up for sale soon. However, for today I am planning on tidying, housework, cleaning and starting to pack a few cases. Going to arrange to collect the Samsonite cases at some point today/this evening.LBM 30/6/9 Unsecured debts [STRIKE]£25,323.48[/STRIKE] £0 :T Debt free

Also, have to list the remaining 20 item allowance on my eBay before the end of June. So planning to get on with that this evening, possibly accompanied for a nice glass of pinot

We decided to go with CCCS rather than self-managing the DMP. I gave myself a reality check and decided that while I could write the letters and maybe channel your 'spirit' a bit, it would quickly stress me out. Read lots of good things (but not ignoring the few not-so-good things) on the DMP thread about CCCS and like their online Debt Remedy system as a good jumping off point, so happy to give them a try. Maybe once it's all settled down I might change my mind, but for now, they'll be a big help.Skint_but_Optimistic wrote: »she is an inspiration! and cheeky! x
I think she has just the right balance of matter-of-factness and cheeky. I hope to channel some of that in the future! :rotfl:
Thanks again to you, Julie, and to all your posters on this thread, who got us started.0 -

Sure you canWhy not sell the bed and then borrow an inflatable mattress from someone? You're emigrating; I'm sure they'll understand that you're trying to sell your furniture! I happen to have a self-inflating double mattress that I would happily lend to you if you can meet me in the city centre one day

I got a whole load of stuff listed last Thursday to finish this Sunday. I'd forgotten how much fun it is to watch the progress, although I have to say the 12 watchers on my BNWT M&S knickers is a bit creepy! :rotfl: :rotfl:
Listing more tonight, once we've done our big shop at Aldi. No more sitting round staring at the goggle box when there's stuff to be done, but we do plan to reward ourselves with last night's Castle from the Sky+ planner when we're done. Nathan Fillion is SO on my list!0 -

All the very best with your DMP, on balance I've heard mostly good things about them and hope it gets you off to a good start. I would have used them myself if I could convince myself to relinquish an ounce of control:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.LBM 30/6/9 Unsecured debts [STRIKE]£25,323.48[/STRIKE] £0 :T Debt free

At least the knickers are BNWT, if they weren't now that would be creepy:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.
Might just take you up on the offer to borrow your inflatable mattress, will get back to you on that one!
I'm super impressed by the vigour with which you are going at eBay. I get exhausted half way through! Have been packing a case and clearing drawers in my son's room all day just to avoid having to eBay! I have however, got a big eBay pile accumulating - so should really try to get some of it listed tonight. I'll take your lead.
