Oh carp what a pity, there are still a couple of days to go though. Get back in touch with them, ask if they are still interested and if not relist.

Perhaps think of tonight as a bonus, making more money than you would have on those sales anyway and if they go that's great but if not you are still up on funds.

Hope you have a good evening - 5 and counting - yey, won't be long now

    Thanks Granny

Now just 4 and counting! Had a great shift actually, couple of emergencies and all whilst I was practising running the Labour Ward :T.

Made a good call in one room early on, then had a lovely delivery near the end and managed to save the woman from going to theatre. Have had lots of compliments overnight about how much they are going to miss me, and I'm feeling like a rather fab midwife :D.

I did contact all the Gumtree enquiries last night, asking whether they are still interested. Someone is going to text me this afternoon about the TV - I warned him I'm nightshift.

Another bank shift tonight, so off to bed now because I am shattered!

Annoyingly I haven't been paid for the 2 bank shifts which were due to be paid this morning:mad:. That's around £400 which should have been headed straight for the savings! Not annoyed because I don't need it, and hubby's weekly wage will go in tomorrow. We can transfer some of that to the savings, and still stay solvent. However, I am disappointed to discover that my savings balance hasn't gone up today :(.
