Need to go and pick us DS from last day of his football camp at 3pm, so will pop into the Post Office on the way.

Have a nice bottle of wine in the fridge and food from M&S thanks to my vouchers, so will be having a very leisurely evening .

Leaving the car valet until tomorrow.

Bad news - hubby reckons he will be paid off around end November:eek:. He has phoned around his contacts but there is nothing to be had in the way of work. Will cross that bridge when we come to it.

Planning to start my letter writing once I get back from my son's football camp. The hit list is as follows:


Wescot - reply to their F&F offer accepting and agreeing to make payment within 14 days of receiving a true copy of a valid CCA. Also reminding them they have breached the Data Protection Act by not replying to my request for CCA in 40 days (actually closer to 75 days). .

Lowell - saying hello Lowell welcome to the world of Julie's ball busting letters. You will not come to my home, you will not contact me by telephone and you can only correspond with me in writing. Oh and if you can get a true copy of a valid CCA out of Barclaycard then you will be a better person than me. Oh, and until you can provide said document don't bother me again .

Like I said, planning to leave the 2 HBOS overdrafts until they make the next move. I've made my F&F and stated if not accepted the funds will be used to settle other accounts. I am a woman of my word .

Can't wait to make friends with Lowells - I hear they are creeps.
