haha, what we really need in this thread are hints and tips for hamster capture. As Op herself is missing perhaps we need to call emergency services and see if there have been any admittances to hospitals with hamster injuries.

Eeh Boris and Butti, that was a giggle. :-)

    I'm back!!

Was at Sainsburys - no sign of the devil hamster. Decided it can wait til my husband gets in - he's daft enough to tackle it:D.

  • Sometimes sainsburys have some fabulous offers on!!!

I go there for their stewing lamb, but I am seen more in the aisles in Aldi. Acting shifty with a choritzo.

Yeah, I dont blame you, it sounds like it should be called Ghengis or Adolf. Cuddly little love that it is.

Panic over, I will stand down the alarms.

One of my catalogue debts which I negotiated a 55% F&F with, will be repaid by my birthday (mid October). From that point I will pay Littlewoods £100 a month and that will be repaid by November 2012 - our Australia target :D.

The Barclaycard and HBOS Credit Card ones definately don't have a valid CCA - or maybe they do and they just don't want to share ...... 3 years later.....:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

They will be made a low F&F before we head down under, if they decline well they've had it. Show me the agreement and I'll show you the money. I realise this sounds very irresponsible, however HBOS held out on my bank charges complaint which was for a similar amount. They call it karma.

Hopefully the F&Fs will be accepted or negotiated with the 2 overdrafts then I just have my AA Visa at £2028 to tackle.

Have made an appointment with an immigration agent for Saturday morning:j. Yes there will be a cost for their services, but I feel swamped trying to make my way through the process and with 2 lots of qualificiations to try to "import" and sort its very confusing. I feel like all my energy is taken up with debt busting and working more hours than the local corner shop owner:mad:.

I really can't afford to mess this up, we both want to hit the ground running when we land in Oz - not to find that I've messed something up and one of us can't work immediately. Will come back on Saturday with a fixed fee for their services. I've looked around the ex-pat forums and they are recommended endlessly. They are called Go Matilda funnily enough:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.

The £12 off a £60 spend was enough to attract me to Sainsburys - I have 4 vouchers one for each week this month :D.
