Hi lindseykim,
Leave it to cool in the pan and then keep it refrigerated until you can get some ginger. Once you're ready to bake, reheat the mix gently on the hob and it'll be fine.

A pinch of cayenne pepper will give your gingerbread men a little lift.If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0

Hi Does anyone have a foolproof way of making flapjacks, please? I can bake cakes, scones, pastry etc without a problem but flapjacks have never been right. Either hard as rock or uncooked in the middle. My kids used to eat the stuff I turned out when they were young and thank goodness they never lost a tooth, but it was a close shave sometimes! I have some in the oven now...fingers crossed .0
