November 1st, signature update time. The debt total now stands at £32,657,32, which is £1199.90 less than on 1st October.

November promises to be a testing month both financially and workwise. I am organising two work events that I know are going to cause a lot of headaches and sleepless nights.

OH still doing nothing about finding work, it has got to the stage where I can't be polite to him any more. I was furious that he didn't apply for Christmas jobs that were going at M&S, especially as a friend who is just as unqualified as OH for shop work got one, and started work this week.

Someone ran into the back of OH on the M25 on Friday. Luckily the traffic was moving slowly and noone was hurt, but our car is badly bashed in, number plate gone, lights broken etc. The other driver accepted responsibility so we are waiting to see what the insurance company will offer. I'm worried they might write the car off.

Good news on the debt total coming down - you have paid off double what I have this month!

Sorry that things with OH have not improved. I really really wish I could think of something "new" that you/him could try, but I don't think it would make any difference anyway - you must be absolutely sick and tired of bashing your head against a brick wall. I do feel for you, really I do.

And as for the car, At least they have admitted fault, so hopefully it will get sorted very soon. Fingers crossed on that one x

    Hey

That's great news about the debt coming down. I've not managed to update mine yet but i have managed to bring the debt down some.

Bad news about the car and knowing what insurance companies are like i hope it doesn't take too long to get it all sorted out

I've just won £100! Not on bingo - but from Thomson Local Directories! They have a scheme where you review local businesses (like Qype) and each week one reviewer gets £100. Get writing everyone! I only wrote 2 reviews, I think, and I didn't see any other reviews so it can't have been publicised well.
