Ok so realistically the snowball is telling me that I will be done in oct 2016...not including any savings I would like to accumulate...not too bad methinks.

Howinever I have calculated that my £75 a day will pay everyhting off and give me £20k in savings within 5 years. This is what I will aim for and tbh I will be happy if I miss it and hit in the predicted 7 instead. £75 is alot per day, but i am on the right track this month and my average last month was £50, very respectable indeedy!!

So, I have new fervour, off to earn some money!!

So the lull is back I am afraid, it just seems like I have lost motovation...spent £50 on the shopping on sat, and while it was quite respectable, and I should get nearly 2 weeks out of it, its not the best start to the month for me.

Although the totals seem to be improving, something just doesnt seem right, and I want to do better!!

I must make sure I come on here every day, and do my lists, cos the less I do here, the less I do everywhere!

I am still soing scratchies and reviews on dooyoo, every TV programme I watch, and DVD etc is getting a review off me!!

I dont know what it is to be honest, I shouldnt be so down, its strange!

I am needing to lose some weight too, i think thats getting me down a bit, I go to lanzarote in 5 weeks and bought size 12 clothes, as I had lost a stone and, had I kept to it, would be in them now...but I didnt, so I am going to get some excercise in...me and Davina, you know!!

Oh well, I will be back tomorrow, with a list, and some earnings I hope!

So I ordered the new TV this morning, and the stand, and wallpaper, managed to get the lot for £529 which means that theres around £50 left that will be getting thrown at the cc (OH's request)

good start I think, makes me a bit more motivated for the day. Dont get in til about half 7 on weekdays when im picking ds up from childminder, so not much doing tonight, other than perhaps a couple of reviews.

    I'll be back later...

  • Thats good you had £50 left over. Getting new stuff for the home is a must in my opinion, if we are having to stay in a little bit more then we should have things to entertain us and have our homes looking that little bit nicer. My excuse for buying the new bedroom stuff last month ;)

Well this day is not good...because I havent used my credit card in such a long time (only used it today after actually putting the money on it and then buying the tv...extra cc points and no interest!), the bank declined the transaction thinking it was fraudulent!

I have assured them that it certainly isnt, but have discovered that the bargain I had ordered (tv stand down from £105 to £29) is now discontinued so the £50 I thought I had leftover is now actually going towards the now more expensive shopping spree...even though this money was the spare from last month, I still feel like I should have been putting some of it towrads debt, and the £50 was a nice little consolation.

    GRRRRRRRRRRRR

I need to go do some cooking, relax a bit (sounds backwards, but it works for me!) and will be back with a more positive outlook and (shhhhh its a secret) A PLAN!!!

  • Right...

My plan is this (nothing miraculous really tbh) must put a list on here every day, if not, a smily to represent me must be brutally bashed upon the head with a tic tac until semi conscious by my fellow MSE's ;)
list must consist of basic meal plans for the day, tidying plans, fitness plans and of course MSE plans

I must complete 75% tasks each day...or said smiley will face a slightly more severe punishement, possibly a more calorific beating...open to suggestions on this one

every saturday, must set myself a challenge for the week ahead, one weight/fitness related and one MSE related, be it reaching a target weight and paying set amount to overdraft or whatever.

I reckon I should renew my SOA, which may be a little outdated, but I will wait and see what the CSA is doing etc and get it all done at the same time

My main aims are the same...PAY OFF OVERDRAFT BY XMAS...and look, I only have £1500 to go!! :T

  • We'll both be overdraft free by christmas =)
  • absolutely lol thanks for your support claire

looks like my luck is changing for the better...I have just signed up to a bingo site through cashback, which gives you £20 when you play through £10...£10 profit already...upon playing through my £10, I was given a signup bonus of £20 which I decided to play through, deciding that anything leftover of the 60 spins would be profit for myself...ended up with £30 credit so even without the cashback I am quids in!!
have withdrawn and await the cashback tracking!!
