    Morning all

    soappie TRIFLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE :D

Going to be a long day, it's our late finish so won't be home before 7pm earliest :(

Hope you all have a good day. Re SW if anyone has underlying conditions then I would avoid unnecessary exposure but if otherwise healthy then apart from usual precautions and good hygiene standards I personally would not be too concerned. HTH

I realise you are only up for a couple of days but LO is up for 2 weeks - you surely havent managed to get all his stuff on as hand luggage have you?:eek:

Yep!! He has a little blue holdall which is classed as hand luggage. In there is about 5-8 changes of clothes, plus pyjamas, swimming stuff, undies etc. My mum or step mum wash his clothes as he wears them and he normally comes home with a bag full of clean washing apart from what he is wearing, his pjs and the clothes he had been wearing the day before :D

Can I ask you wise flypeople a question...

Would it be rude to approach a neighbour to ask if I could buy part of their garden?

In context, they are elderly, we are on good but distant terms, they have a couple of problems in their garden, ie tumbling wall and out of control leylandii that I think they can't afford to fix. They sort of have two gardens, and they are a lot of work for them both.

    Any advice?

I dont think it would be rude at all, but I agree with Blueberry Pies comments that you should suggest it to them as an idea. they perhaps realise themselves that they cant manage with it and it may be something that they are worrying about - they may be happy to sell.

    Sorry off topic.........AAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh MEN!!!

Ok that's better..lol. Sorry hubby just emailed and said we are going shopping tonight so that mucked up my dinner plans for tonight. So I've had to route around in the freezers to see if there was anything that I had frozen..voila!! I found a rather suspicious looking stewy type of thing and a definate stew.. :D So now he is going to have stew and dumplings. Just have to defrost it and shove it in the oven on a low heat about an hour before we head off out. Hopefully if I make the dumplings before we go I can just throw them in the pot when I get back and they will cook while we are faffing around scanning and putting the shopping away. Well that is the plan! I have just emailed him and told him why couldn't he have mentioned it to me while I was awake last night so I could have grabbed some beef out the freezer..lol

Phew is all I can say, for suspicious looking tupperwares in the freezer..lol Luckily I do know they haven't been there that long, well at least since December anyway.

Oh and I haven't done any ironing, I have got as far as putting the ironing board up and puttting a load of washing on. I have been on the lappy since I sent my last thread :( Now I am going to have a bath, get dressed then have a snooze on the sofa..am absolutely shattered now.

Oh oh oh - I keep forgetting to say!!!

    00020121.gif to the Newbies......

You dont need to wait till Monday to jump in, just ignore the list for this week and do a HHC (half hour challenge) and see how you get on......put some music on, set a timer and do as much as you can in half an hour.

You will be amazed at what you can get done when you put your mind to it and it will give you a good head start for Monday if you do one everyday.

Even if I do nothing from my list, I always try to do a HHC everyday, especially the kitchen as its always my worst room!

Try that and see how you go for starters......if you lose your Mojo, come back to the thread and someone will hug you, kick you or throw a fluffy mule at you - whatever you request :D

    xx
