MSE Martin believes that DH's bank will be one of the first to be done, once court case is over, so I think should I keep it all or get them to send me on one letter all the charges they have taken??

If you are claiming then keep the statements to verify/challenge the bank (won't harm seeing as you have kept them this long ;) )

holly the toilet should be covered on home insurance, if you can't get a match to the old suite then it may well cover replacement of the lot. Check the policy and excess before putting in a clain so you can make a balanced decision ;)

I suggest you take it easy, I only had one tooth out and felt odd for about 3 days, nothing to say about the big gaps that I found and they took a while to heal up.

A lot of policies cover sanitary ware as part of the standard policy.
