  • Wm on, dw on, removal arranged of exam papers that have been cluttering up the dining room for ages.

Toots really glad you are feeling better today.

Can I ask you wise flypeople a question...

Would it be rude to approach a neighbour to ask if I could buy part of their garden?

In context, they are elderly, we are on good but distant terms, they have a couple of problems in their garden, ie tumbling wall and out of control leylandii that I think they can't afford to fix. They sort of have two gardens, and they are a lot of work for them both.

    Any advice?

I don't think it would be rude at all, as long as you approach it as "I wondered if you'd be interested in this idea?", rather than "how much d'you want for it?" ;-)

On-topic: Tuesday's list done! Only two days late LOL. So another star please :-)

Quick question whilst I'm having a breather from my 5 challenges - how long should I keep bank statements/card statements/leccy bills etc for? Have about 4/5 years worth here, ever since I got my own bank accounts etc when I split from XH

Bathroom done apart from the floor but DS2 is now in the bath so I'll leave that for tomorrow.

I'll do a fifteen minute sort of my intray instead of a fling as I don't have a problem with stuff too much just paper.

Toots - glad you are feeling better but please don't over do it as I'd hate for you to feel bad again tomorrow

Serena - enjoy that holiday feeling in the morning
