I hung the washing out and so DD and I got playing for an hour. Then the dark cloud came and rained us off :D Wet washing back in :p
    I also managed to:
    - Put the bath mat and wash cloth to soak in bleach
    - Do a quick tidy in the kitchen
    - Remembered several times to take things upstairs that belong there each time I went up! :j :rotfl:
Was out of action over lunchtime however, due to baby not wanting to go to sleep as too many things to see (!) and poor DD having a tired screaming match (not taking too well to having to share mum )
We have potential buyers viewing the house tomorrow as well so eek to that too...
Boodle you are juggling your time really well -poor DD having to share her mummy awh bless her - hope she had a nap eventually and yes its great that baby is taking notice bad bad for trying to get them to sleep!!!!
thats brilliant news about the viewing tomorrow - do you have someone who can watch the children then so that they dont become a distraction - will be keeping everything crossed that the viewers put in a good offer.

holly - or does it give you extra time to look somewhere else if he is not coming to your tonight?
carlsberggal - very impressive - it looks reall lovely AND the glass table:rotfl: well done:T
    Jo
Declutter rest of toiletries (can I dump these in Scotland??) :rotfl:
why dont you bring stuff up to leave at your mUms for when you visit or have i asked that already (it seems familiar!) or just donate them to your Mum or sisters and be done with it.
fedup - I hope you get it but only after you get the other job which you really do want so that you can turn this one down!!
grateful roll on tomorrow and its time to ......relax!!!!!
hermoine - I have pm'd you regarding the striking out - we will try again!

have decluttered a carrier bag of rubbish - got rained off in the garden but did a carrier bag of dead heads so now doing some shredding.
    toots xx

ETA forgot to say I heard on our local radio station that Status Quo are in Glasgow on the 13th December so going to see if thats do-able!!!
    Peace will be mine

Everything crossed for Valli and Fedup

Just caught up with the thread - Penny this is beautiful! I love this card! Thanks again for all the good luck wishes and vibes, you are all so very caring indeed!
fedup - I hope you get it but only after you get the other job which you really do want so that you can turn this one down!!

I hope so too! Won't hear until Monday at the earliest as they are interviewing a lot of people. Would prefer the other job now as it is a step up even though further to travel it has made me think more about what I want from a job and what I am willing to sacrifice or not as I am lucky enough to be in employment and have a choice at the moment to stay or leave (may not always be this way but it is for now)

Just off to walk the dog and then go to Sainsbugs for some frozen peas which I forgot yesterday and have HM fish and fried potatoes with peas and ketchup for tea with many large glasses of Rib*na - what an exciting life I lead.

I washed up last night when WDYTYA was on and I was very glad this morning I had done this when I got up thing morning. Made 2 big pans of soup yesterday using up old veg. Sweet potato and red and yellow peppers that had seen better days and used up equally sad carrots in a soup with a small amount of potato :D Glad I washed up the 2 big Le Creusets instead of leaving them for today :j
See you all later when I have a large mug of hot choccie instead of wine

Hugs and a cuddle for those who need one today, the very least I could do!

:rotfl: Yes we spoke about this when we met the last time. The only problem with that is they are wise to my methods :rotfl: they will know that i took it to dump it :D

I didnt really think it all the way through either as I am limited in what I can take in my hand luggage.......so, freecycle it is!

Just done two hours in the garden - well I was out there for three, but had to catch up with the neighbours.
I feel as if I did quite a bit and have a bin nearly full to prove it, but looking at the garden can't see much of a difference.
Think I need to apply flylady principles and concentrate on one area till it is sorted rather than doing little bits here and there.

Fedup - glad you got the interview over and done with.

toots - when you have a moment, I need a star for yesterday because I finally got the Dyson out and a star for today because the bathroom is all done.

Have decided I'm going to have an early dinner. The kids are out so I don't need to worry about feeding them. And I sort of missed lunch because of going to the post office when I did so I'm starving and will probably fall over from low blood sugar on the way to the pub. I'm going to be really trashy and unhealthy and have chips, bacon, egg and fresh tomatoes!

Evening one and all. Am sitting here just watching Heartbeat on ITV3 and Jim Nettles is on it - oooh he don't 'alf look odd with a tache..lol.

I've got a friend picking me up at 6.30 tonight and we are off to have an Indian Head Massage each. Her sister does them, she is registered and all that and does this for a living. If we like it we are thinking of having Reflexology next time :D

Had a snooze this afternoon for an hour after a gorgeous salad - it was a huge salad if I say so myself, plenty of lettuce etc..

I've also managed to do HHI and checked on DH's chilli in the slow cooker. This has some weird things in it, I just grabbed whatever was in the fridge that needed using up..courgettes, toms, mushrooms etc.. Hope he likes it :)
