Just been on a mercy dash to pick up DH. He had problems with a tooth all week, so finally convinced him this morning to ring NHS Direct. He rang at 7 am and finally at 8.45 they told him to go to this emergency dentist at 11 about 5 miles away from us. He's been on the waiting list now for 2 years for NHS!
Anyway, to cut a long story short, he passed out!!!! Dentist said for the size of the root he should be at least 7 foot tall! He had to lay down for 1/2 an hour then she told him to sit outside in fresh air for an hour and DRIVE home! I said no way, so my sister, her kids (off as suspected case of swine flu at school) and myself drove up so I could drive him back in his car. Just flung him out on the drive and said I'll be down to check on him later.
He still is a funny colour and felt a bit guilty leaving him, but I'd left Fred in the office by himself and needed to come back as expecting a call from a purchaser. Will pop back down soonTo love and be loved is the greatest happiness of existance - Sydney Smith0 -

I am trawling through BUT I felt it went well. Yes Greenbee I DID get your e-mail and since part of the process was an informal chat;) including a 'tell me your life story in 10 minutes' it came in MOST useful. Edited highlights included my ability to be an informed risk taker and OCD compulsions left firmly out of it LOL - but during coffee since the weather was mentioned I did say I was glad it was fine as I had washing out LOL
BUT
now I have to wait until next week when the third candidate is available to be seen so I will have to carry my list of 5 over...
unless Flylady vibes aare sent to third candidate to find something else and to withdraw his application.
I'm the only 'girl' BTW...
My dining room has been thoroughly cleaned but it 's not on the list!
Right off to do some work now but before I go I just wanted to say
for all your support you are THE BEST!Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016
Thank you Honey Bear0 -
Keeping my fingers crossed Vallli
Just got back from the post office and both BB and I are over heating. It's really humid out there. I forget that because I back onto a park there's usually a cooling breeze so once you hit the main shopping drag it's about 5 degrees hotter! But it was a nice enough walk. Am just decluttering an ice cream and will then set too with the bathroom again.I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

BHE so is it like the manuals they do for each other on wife swap?
I think the FL one is much more detailed! Not that I've started it yet, I went into town this morning to buy a notebook, ended up spending £30 on bits & bobs, & forgot the notebook!Story of my life

I'm a bit behind with the flying today. I've done the weekly shop and got one load of washing out but that's about it. My pedometer fell off when I was going round Mr Ms and set itself back to 0  and I really needed to catch up after having two days of mostly driving around. If there is time later then I'll go for a walk to add some steps.
Is anyone up for a HHC 2.15 - 2.45?
