Just sold another book on amazon :D
Think the dog and I will walk it down to the post office v. soon. Looking at the satellite imagery on the met office website, we have heap big rain on the way so I'll go before it starts raining.

Also just remembered I have a community meeting tonight at 7.30 at the pub down the road.

Have started on the flying. The DW is on, the bathroom mats and towels and things have been gathered and are in the WM. I have also sorted out the corner cupboard in the kitchen which has been niggling me for a while.

boddy I hope you get proper answers to your questions - that size of bruising is very worrying - I know I bruise easily and often have loads of 10p size bruises but never anything bigger.
holly good to hear its a cold and nothing worse and hopefully the other people will make a good recovery too. have a big squishy(((hug))))) for feeling grotty and it being your last day there!
PenPen sounds like a fab day fro you both - you would get on well with my brother !! he goes to the royal highland show at Ingliston every year

Maybe we should have a sponsored flylady walk to see toots... we'd all get fit, lose weight, raise money AND get to have a big flylady meet at toots' house (I'm assuming she has room for 200-odd footsore and smelly flyladies ;))
Of course - dont you know I live in a tardis!!!!
ah thanks froddy now the route makes sense!!!
irie you sound so much better than previous posts honey - those extra couple of hours make all the difference - we need to work on getting you to bed before midnight - I am glad that you are learning to leave things and go to bed thats a good step and yes I agree even if things are in boxes at least its not lying around making you feel frustrated with the mess. will be looking forward to seeing more of you over the hols.
lil_me what did the boys think of it? the secure tenancy and cheaper rent has to be considered and you will get maintenance done and if it gives you both peace of mind that has to be good - maybe the smaller space would be a benefit too as you wouldnt ahve so much to look after while you are studying? Sounds good but you will know if its right or not - good luck with you decision making.
Hippy I think I had better get used to the idea that some of you lot might appear:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: you have to take me as you find me! Now I dont want to say 'I told you so....' but I DID!!!!! those lists are too long - just do what you can 'cause like you said paid work is important and then start afresh with little achievable list. (forget what you havent managed!!!)
aunty what a brilliant idea you have there for irie and you gave me a thought as well that will work for anyof us too - put a not in your diary for 3 months hence to remind us that .....we dont want clutter/ we want things organised /this time last year was disastrous/ whatever it is and write it in maybe for 3 and 6 months or if you have a next year school diary put it in later on so that you keep reading it and renewing your objectives.
SS hello babes:hello: sounds exhausting work - you will get a bit of a rest being at work:rotfl: hope it all comes together in the end without you both becomimg total wrecks and murdering the children!:D
Boodle - it takes awhile to get into the lists - you almost completed level 1 and did something from level 2 so that was great - keep aiming for that and you will get there. And its fantastic that you are going to do a uni course - welldone - go for it girl - go and find out whats available - if there is no places on the course you want maybe try for a year's access course of soemthing to break you into the routine of studying again.
holly oh no good luck with your hunt!
Quillion you sound as if you have enjoyed getting your hair and nails done - hope you have a lovely time at the wedding tomorrow. Any improvement on your friend.
methekids (((hug))) hope you feel better real soon - rest and drink plenty - get the GP to send the prescription to a chemist that will deliver it to you like boots or lloyds
rosepink thats why I change my bed every week so that if I am not up to it at some point I know its only a week 'old' IYSWIM
LadyL well done with ebay - i wish i could get mine started again but will have to wait until after treatment I think but must at least get them on TL.
I feel like new woman today - whetever has been wrong with me since friday has passed - most definately - I really feel better.
I had just finished my brekkie and the carer had just left when the painter arrived (unexpected!) and he has done the prep for doing the kitchen door and last bit of surround in there tomorrow so the show is on the road again!!!! Its nice and sunny here - apart from sit and blether to the painter while he worked and then caught up on here I havent actually done a huge amount - oops no tell a lie - I actually hoovered the rug in the hall as it was covered in old paint flakes and i didnt get breathless once!!! I think that I slept a lot better helped as well.
    back later
    toots xx
    Peace will be mine
could do better - must try harder
Live each day as if its your last
