Jules We're still in the midst of plastering so everything is upside down, still loads to do but did what was most prominent/urgent. the cat is like having another baby except worse, at least you can stick a baby in a pram
and if I'd known you were making a cooked brekkie I'd have jumped on my magic broom and joined you *tummy rumbles*
Munching on a cereal bar now, not quite the same then I'm gonna see what else I can potter about with until littley arrives (sleepover last night) and DD1 comes @ 10.

JulieJ - you can go on the time by weight method. What temp are you cooking at and how heavy is it? As a double check, you could stick a skewer through to the middle and if it's sort of firm but gives way, it should be done. Do you have a meat thermometer?I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

I'm with you Carlsberg... the girls have gone now and I have just been chatting to DS's mate - who has given me the lowdown about his dad, stepmum, mum and life. I too would rather have them here TBH and DS has said he wasn't expecting me to be like I am with girls he brings...I am just matey with them - not least because I don't want them to skulk and be secretive...and Ds's mate says he would rather bring his GF here actually so I suppose I am a cool mum then.
Not quite grown up yet - they've got the lego out now...
I love it.... :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: snogging to lego! Marvellous!!! :T

Thanks Frodders I really love my room.
I'm sitting here with the children watching Forset Gump. I love this film so much. It makes me blub.

Morning everyone. Have not long been up. Im not sure what I plan to do today. Im going to see mum then will do a flying session when I come back. DD rang me last night. She thinks she has swine flu. So I checked her symptoms and she does have a few. Suggested she take some paracetomol and fluids. Will see what she is like today. It may be that its not swine flu and something that happens with her now and again.
embb The actress is in a Yorkshire soap and she is from this area. Her friend was performing in one of the bands. I wasnt surprised to see her as she is often at events in the area.
Soappie Sounds like you had a good time.0
