    /QUOTE]

So I have done level one on Monday and managed to do a bit of each level each day. Quite pleased with myself. Not sure where the other days have gone seem to only have Tuesday and Friday - but I have been battling with learning how to do all the stuff all week. I now think that I can do it, I can cut and paste the daily stuff, Strike through what I have done and I can find my previous post with my challenges on! Toots you are an :A for all the help you have given me.

My five extra things for this week are:

1[STRIKE]. To wash all the bedding in dogs and cats beds[/STRIKE]
    2. To file all the paperwork
3.[STRIKE] To fill a bag with stuff we no longer need and take it to the charity shop I work in![/STRIKE]
    4. To tidy the airing cupboard
    5. To have a look at what is on top of my wardrobe and dust up there!

Thank you for this marvellous thread.

I have tried to pm you toots but your inbox is full.

So I am working tomorrow, do we do anything over the weekend? Do I still get the chance to do my 5 extra things?

I do find that I say to myself I will do xxx just now while I have 5 mins, I wiped the finger prints off the door to the larder and the front door today, not sure I would have noticed before!

Decluttered my last day at what is now my old school.

Kids lovely, as always. Kids are never the issue, only the adults!

Happy Friday all, and Happy Summer Holidays to all teachers.

Organising getting a woodburner fitted, very old-style, will save on oil!

Soappie what can I cook thats fish based and healthy for my parents on Monday? And that kids might eat too? Any ideas?

On the topic of swine flu, soappie very good advice, and of course Greenbee is spot on about antibacterials not working on viruses. If you are interested, listen to prof.hugh pennington on desert island discs today ( radio 4 podcast ) he is interesting on the topic.

Rosepink and Jo thanks for helpful comments about garden. xxx

This prob wont help with the tamiflu, but I had a pony as a kid who would not take her worming paste, so my mum, who was terrified of horses, made it into a sandwich for her!!

On the topic of houses, ours is a 4 bed detached red brick job, built to look victorian, but actually late 20s. We have no fitted kitchen, one 1950s units, and one 1970s. The floor has a 1970s flotex carpet complete with pan burns. The basin and downstairs loo are original, so cracked and stained. The roof leaks when it hails or snows!

Rosepink hope you feel better soon.

Hex no unfortunately there is something wrong with the diesel pump they think so no new car yet :( in a way I should be pleased they haven't just handed us a dud car as they knew we were in a hurry.
thrifty we're not buying it just renting & council didn't get info off previous tenant
Thanks to those who gave info on how to find out suppliers, I will be switching but aware after the last move it needs to go through whoever it was through initially. Thanks to everyone for your support. I think I have made the right choice, someone pointed me to the time I was worried when LL was moving back up here, knowing no more 2 months notice risk will be a godsend.

Houses this is a silly 3 bedroom detatched house (see this is me making myself feel better...) which has a sitting room which is huge, a tiny kitchen, dining room, utility and conservatory. The conservatory leaks, the garage leaks, the roof of the house and the garage need replacing, the taps don't work properly in the bathroom, the house has had nice fittings but poorly fitted inc floors which have no joining rods. It's big in a way but becomes a messy pile of 'stuff' way too easily. The house we're moving too has an average living room, same size dining room so quite big for a dining room. There is a new kitchen which is only a few months old and is WHITE :D not gastly red. Bathroom suite is under 1 year old. It's got a large open plan staircase covered in woodchip wall paper argh which will be coming off!!! I am getting used to the 2 windows in 2 bedrooms, LR and kitchen (goldfish bowl?). It's actually quite a mad shaped house because they are the old prefab buildings. No loft. A shed outside that leaks which the inspector is calling about next Friday when DP is back. What I do like is 1 large built in wardrobe in our room, small one in the little bedroom (DS2s) an airing cupboard on the landing, understairs cupboard (DPs name on it booo!!!) then the old boilers been taken out, I don't like the new one being on display in the kitchen BUT that means the old cupboard has made a huge pantry style cupboard :D DPs obsessed with putting the vacuum cleaners in but I so miss my old pantry!! Oh biggest plus, downstairs toilet, with a sink!!! There is an entrance hall there too for coats etc. There is a paved area at the front which DP is pleased about as it's parking for his car, there is also a garden at the back which is smaller than we have but very easy to manage, just been returfed so :D happy with that.

What is quite funny, remember my bulk buys on soda crystals etc from Wilkinsons.....I will be taking some of it with me hahaha.

I know you are thinking mad woman prattling about the house but it's also helping me add to my list of what needs doing, what needs to go where etc :D I've ordered a matching pair of curtains for DS1s room (2 windows) as he loves his transformers ones. I need to get something for our room and the living room......hopefully same blinds that there is one of in the dining room for the living room.

Right less prattling, need to get organized.. I have tidied the living room inc putting aside the box off the lawnmower as a packing box. I've got to do this lot tonight

3 loads washing - hang on airers/td what can be etc
    Make a packing lists
Make a shopping list for decorating items to buy then take over tomorrow
Make a to do list for the new house ..... that will be huge!
Start packing stuff to take to caravan tomorrow
    Tidy kitchen
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb
