Thanks SanFran, hopefully all will be well.
My son comes home from Uni at the weekend and I've suddenly realised I have to move all the boxes of food out of his room. I need a big old fashioned pantry !Decluttering, 20 mins / day Jan 2024 2/20 -

I made about 4 orders, and everyone had some problem, they did get sorted out but it was a hassle. And to be fair it was not always their fault (DHL) I got to the point of thinking "I will give them one more chance, if ANYTHING goes wrong this time I will not order again"...........Funnily enough I have never had another thing go wrong since..........(touching wooden chair here)
Have you got the magic number?
I have tried ringing using the telephone number on the website on & off this week & sent quite a few emails & STILL NO REPLY!!
Its now working day 4 .....0 -
I've had a calling card thru this morning (at 07:40!!)saying they tried to deliver, my order is showing as awaiting shipment and I've not received anything but the order received email! Last 2 times I ordered I was sent a tracking number the day before the orders were delivered. Don't mind waiting the extra day really but the extra transit increases the chance of a damaged delivery so I'm keeping my fingers crossed everything will be ok (and they won't come so early tomorrow!).0

We had this. If you get the shipping number from Andrea you can track the parcel on-line as they don't send out a text the 2nd time. When was it you ordered? I placed an order yesterday and am trying to work out when I should expect delivery.0 -
I made my first order last Thursday & it arrived on Monday but online it's still showing as awaiting shipment. It was obviously collected the day after order.0

The driver came back this afternoon! I ordered at 5pm on Tuesday so wasn't really expecting anything until Friday anyway. My order is also still showing as awaiting shipment (as is an order I placed back in October!)0

I had a text this morning offering delivery today late morning. I texted back a '2' to ask them to postpone the delivery by 2 days (expecting it to be delivered Monday) and it was delivered this evening just after 6!
This was OK, but I wonder what would have happened if we hadn't been in.Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0 -
I've placed another 2 orders in the last week or so and have been very happy with both, apart from the Suso multibuy not going through on either order...i have now been refunded for the multibuy discount on one order and have emailed Andrea about being reinbured for the multibuy discount on this order that came yesterday. She must be one very busy lady!
My only gripe with the delivery, is that i used to like knowing in advance what day my order would be delivered and i liked being able to track it. I know with the current system we are able to postpone, but when you get a text saying delivery will take place in the next hour or two, if you are anything like me, you race back home to take delivery, if you happen to be out at the time. It isn't very convenient and i preferred the old way, though having said this, the delivery person is jollier than the other one was!Grocery Challenge for October: £135/£200

It's delivery day in my house- got a text that woke me up at 07.00am with the order delivery time of 10.39-11.39....had to laugh as it was so specific, are moneysavers really going to gripe if someone said 10.30-11.30 and arrived a few mins late....or actually maybe some whingers might, I am proud to say I am not one of them! I received both my parcels and am chuffed that I have recruited my friend to share the postage and we now order together, everything was in perfect condition as I was half expecting her skips that she ordered to be crushed by my susos in transit...and am pleased to report they are very much whole! I am also just letting you guys know...you probably do already that if you have a "funny so and so" in the household about dates, don't order anything that says date N/A as I was expecting a blank one as in "no idea" but the rice krispie bars I ordered o/h (who can be a bit funny unless it's this year) say 06/09..I had the foresight to colour in the date thingy with black marker pen and put them in his "sweetie/rubbish drawer" before he got home....they taste fine, but I don't want anyone else to fall into that trap if they have people at home like him! lol All in all very pleased...but I don't have room for anything else at the moment, am swamped in o/h's choccy and drinks and my mountain of beef jerky....still at least mine is low calorie and guilt free..that eases my conscience0
