Approved food discussion thread

mmm it would be nice to have a pain free order for a change. i dont think i want to phone up and complain again. but at least there was a note to inform me of some of the issues

Please do complain - I am the person that deals with your complaints (and compliments - we get those too) at Approved Food (I'm Andrea) - we need to know that these things are happening so that we can make sure that they don't keep happening!

You can either e-mail me on [EMAIL="sales@approvedfood.co.uk"]sales@approvedfood.co.uk[/EMAIL] or ring on 0114 3600061 quoting your order number and I'll get back to you as soon as I am back in the office on Monday morning (although I monitor the e-mails from home to try and make sure they don't build up too much).

The party feet have run out now and should have been marked up as out of stock on the delivery note. Not sure what happened with the jerky but if you get in touch I can sort that out for you.

I ordered my 3rd parcel of goodies, but it's been sitting in the DHL depot since 7.15am thursday morning. It's got loads of chocolate in it, I hope they aren't eating it.

it came this morning, slept through the doorbell and it went next door. Luckily I realised quickly when I saw an it's been delivered email, because a carton of orange juice had broken and leaked through it's protective polythene bag. The box was sitting on next doors new hall carpet... Hadn't got through the outer box thankfully
The vegan organica chocolate is divine. A few things had become out of stock. I had sent an email asking for oos stuff to be replaced with anything I'd already ordered, eg the chocolate, but it hasn't happened. Is there any way of saying this on the order? I wouldn't want alternatives of stuff I hadn't ordered in case the ingredients weren't suitable for us. I really enjoy these parcels!

Hi,

I got to the e-mail with your requests too late to add it to the picking slip before it was picked and shipped.

You are able to add notes like that to the 'delivery instructions' box when you place your order though.

If you send me an e-mail or leave me a voicemail I can arrange for a refund for the leaking carton of OJ. I can;t do that without an e-mail or voicemail though because I need either an order number or surname to sort that out.

Thanks, I've emailed you, and placed another order today, it's just so tempting. Been eating paprika crisps and organica chocolate all the way through two eps of desperate housewives, going to have to diet next week

Not bad for 50p.

I am sure AP would encourage more people to buy if they had Lucky Boxes available all of the time. They say they are made up of things that that they don't have enough of to advertise, why not add things that you sell all of the time AP, people don't mind risking 50p for the chance of getting a bargain. It's like getting a Lucky Bag when you were a kid!

Looks like the healthy eating has gone down the pan again this week.

Now, where can I store this last order and where can I make room to store some new orders?

I got my 1st order today and I love the Lucky Boxes - huge variety of things and plenty of stuff that I was thinking about ordering but not sure if we'd like it, so now we can try before we buy! :j

Exactly my thoughts on the lucky boxes. Was really pleased with mine this morning, lots of different things to trial. Great idea, thanks ap x

Got my latest order today. Very pleased again
I got the choc bakin boys and a few other bits and pieces.
The satay sauce looks nice so looking forward to trying that.
Stocked up on wagon wheels, twixes and mars bars - yes unhealthy but everything in moderation as they say.
My lucky box had a couscous meal thing in it (amongst other things obviously) which looks yummy.
