Well, well, seems as if ol' geoffky didn't believe a word he was saying. Anyone surprised??
Telling anyone who would listen about the nightmare round the corner but purchasing his own gaff less than 5 months later. I suppose it would be the ulitmate irony if his "nightmare for housing" started about now instead of November as predicted.i have just woke up from my slumber (on the beach) and expect the next 12 months to be a nightmare for housing...i have just got the latest version of property bee that works and i am pleased to say prices in my area have dropped further than i thought and the drops are continuing at a pace...last time i looked at rightmove and property bee worked was about 3 months ago and the falls in my area is quite pleasing...not all areas are acting like London were the market seems to be overheating...I have just bought and had to go to the seller to get the final negotiations done..we were stuck at a price and it was face to face that we got a agreement...i would try it as most buyers use right-move and if its on there 90% of the work is done..and buyers are thin on the ground anyway...
Explains why his posting of doom dropped off somewhat! ...... now how about downey/fatpig/napoleon????0 -

He was just doing the same as 99.9% of the bears on this forum have been doing for the past 3 years.
Talking the market down for their own personal gain while at the same time claiming it was for the common good.

Dude, theres like 30 people max who read this forum. It's locked down from the outside world, so we can't even count readers not logged in.
Do you really believe what you say? Talking the market down? Max audience of 30 people? Half of them BTL landlords?
Or are you simply jumping on the "lets have a go" ship without any real thought as to what you are saying?0 -

Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.”
