    Interesting that there were no recorded previous sales.
    It seems quite common for residential mobile homes/park homes to not be on the LR. I know of a whole new site 2-3 years ago where none of them have appeared.... must be because they're not permanent.

    To be a bit facetious, if I was to put my properties up for twice their worth, would you think you were saving a fortune if I then offered them at half price?
    I'd only be convinced they were really 'half price' if I could see evidence for myself. But generally, I'd think I was being sold a pup somewhere along the line.

    its true. theyve fallen by at least half round where i live in the last few years. unfortunateley i cant state where exactly i live due to prevalensce within the bull communeity of rampant stalkers

    You should tell Brit1234, they were predicting 50% off properties by Christmas 2009.
    Of course you claim properties have halved in your area, but factually we know that's not true.
