    The other day I mentioned seeing some sellers that said added postage costs would apply, well I found one on a idle browse (still not got round to listing!). I haven't shown the seller id or the book as I'm not sure that would be right, but this is a cut and paste:

    I spent ages (eventually) yesterday adding books to my turbo lister that I haven't been able to sell on Amazon. I left them on Amazon though pending upload to ebay tomorrow, and I've just sold one on Amazon...my first sale for over two weeks.

    SO, go on try it, 'threaten' to list them on Ebay instead and see if it works for you as well.
