Apparently, dvd.co.uk did try issue with me with a voucher, it must have just gone in my junk box so the re-sent the code. So, I'm quite happy.

However, screenselect are trying to screw people, and it looks like they are usuing the bullsh** excuse of the selection list. Didn't say anywhere in the terms and conditions about having to put them in within a certain timeframe.

How long did they take to re-issue the code? On the 11th may I was told it would take 14-21 days! :mad:

Got mine in about 4 days! I have my second lot of dvd's being deliverd, once i have them i am going to clear my selection and change the address, then cancel.

I got a 256MB xd card from dvd.co.uk for £3.99 Bargain, their hardware is over priced but i can't complain about that!

I am still going to check my account and see if they take any money though!

i want to cancel my account asap,i notice you have to phone up to do this and they ask you questions,thought there was a place on the site to do this

^You can cancel via the site, if you go to 'my account' you should see the cancel option.

They have recently changed it so you have to ring up to cancel. My brother in law tried and put my address down and they rung me and had a right go at me as i have already had an account saying i wasn't to open another account in another name if i wanted dvd rentals i should re-activate my account, so be careful when duplicating addresses xxx

only been 2 months and still waiting for my voucher!!!!!!!!!!!!!........emailed many times and they have been very helpful, but still waiting!!!!!!!!will not let this drop!!!!!.....very determind!

i managed cancel mine online fine today, no problems at all

I signed up with my other email address and i have another bank account from my student days. It let me do it no problem and again I cancelled without receiving any dvds, my voucher arrived and I got season six if ER! Im very pleased!:T

Likewise :mad: :mad: first saying that they had never heard of me, then l was only entitled to a £5 voucher, then l it was £20 but they had software issues, then my voucher had been issued but l must have put down the wrong email, then no trace of me, email not sent from SS to DVD and then toady we are back to the £5.00 with an actual code. l havent accepted it though. !!!!!! Outrageous, l have told them l will go to TS and watchdog !!!!!!!:mad: :mad: :mad:
