Hi CharleneUK,
Can you please tell me the email address to enquire about the voucher.

Hey, I got my voucher yesterday, a week after registering, so not bad really. Also had the same email as CharleneUK from CS as well.

Just be careful guys. I've had big problems cancelling my account and they have charged me £9.99 for a months rental even though I cancelled in time and returned the DVD before the deadline. Please see other thread In Vent, Bent and heaven sent. Have had really poor customer service but I am determined to get my money back. Make sure you cancel at least a week before trial ends, take off all your DVD's from the wanted list so they don't send you any more to try and catch you out, then keep your eye on your bank account. looneyleo0

Just received an email to say that all the criteria of the offer was not met, that being I only had 7 titles in my selection list and not 10. I had kept the original email and no where on this does it state that fact. I have emailed them back explaining this and asking if they would like me to forward a copy of said email. Can they do this if it was not mentioned in the original email ???0

Not such a good offer though really. 2 x £10 voucher to be used in two separate transactions valued at £10 or more. So you have to spend something to get the free stuff, not the case with dvd.co.uk . Also, 2 transactions increases the 'excess' amount you'd have to pay.
Fair enough once the dvd.co.uk offer is not on but otherwise, why would you choose one where you will have to pay something? Getting and spending the £20 dvd.co.uk can cost absolutely nothing and you can choose to redeem less than the value of your £20 voucher.
Just my thoughts! Think carefully before choosing which offer to go for, I'd say.Don't stress, relax, let life roll off your backs. Except for death and paying taxes, everything in life is only for now... Avenue QOfficial DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 003Proud to have become debt free... and striving to keep it that way
