Free £20 dvd voucher

How long is it taking people to get their vouchers through? I signed up 2 weeks ago, cancelled middle of last week & still nothing?

I've waited 28 days for my vouchers. I contacted Dvd.co.uk today and was told I had to contact Screenselect since they had no information of me. Screenselect said I didnt forfill my obligation that I had to choose 10 unique films at the time of registration but only choose 9. I'm really angry :mad:
Most of all with myself for that simple misstake....

Your subscription has been cancelled. Please click here if you wish to reactivate your subscription. Please note, this charge will be immediate and non-refundable.

And on the account page:

Package: 2 DVDs - Unlimited (reactivate)

Payment Method: Electron (expiry: 10/07) (change)
Next Payment: April 29, 2006

So yeah you are canceled

I've just tried to cancel my subscription

If you choose the "It's too expensive option" on the feedback page, they offer you a reduced package for the next month (mine was £4.99 for the £9.99 package)

i am really pleased as i got a second voucher through today! i am gonna use that towards some more ER!

I received this email today:

Dear Charlene,

We have checked your details on our system and are sorry that this voucher has not arrived with you.

We can confirm your details have been recorded so another voucher can be sent to you. You should expect to receive this within the next 14 - 21 days. Please do let us know it has not arrived with you after 21 days.

Once again we are sorry for any inconvenience caused by this delay and if you have any further questions please do let us know.

Which I think is a bit of a cheek. I've already waited 28 days, now I'm going to be waiting between 14-21 days?! ha!
