I signed up three weeks ago and haven't received my voucher yet, has anyone else had this problem?

Yep - I cancelled mine online, it changes to cancellation pending, then got a cancellation confirmation e-mail when they got their DVD's back.

hmm - I seem to remember going into my account and clicking on 'cancel subscription'.
Unless i'm thinking of another DVD rental company, but i'm sure the only one I had to call was Sainsburys.

doh I just found my voucher! Yahoo had put it into my bulk mail...why didnt i look there sooner?

£20 of stuff for nothing! signed up last tuesday, had 2dvds sent out so far, got my voucher this afternoon, ordered a couple of fat books, most enjoyable this is the bit where i should say "and now im going to cancel my subscription and escape", but since im loving it THAT much, i think i might just stay on for a while (doooh *hit by masochistic desire to remain poverty stricken* ) cheers for the tip!
