Happy Birthday Walshy, or was it yesterday?

Hypno, what can I say you're on a roll! £100 unexpected from work and then the loan offer out of the blue. Really fantastic news. And even better to know that your credit rating must be healing fast. As others have said I'm eagerly awaiting the new dfd.

As for the first house you'll obviously have the full time gardener by then as well as the housekeeper. You'll need them to maintain the immaculacy!

I charge £15 normally up here in the frozen north as an occasional 'lady' gardener, £20 if designing and plant sourcing and double that when doing onsite botanical stuff etc

Seaxwyn = hubby is charging 12.50 - he needs a pay rise :)

Hypno, so pleased you have got rid ot your expensive loan. You really are getting to the light at the end of the debt tunnel. When do you think you will be debt free by? I am still hoping we will be debt free before my 30th in july.

Have you been on dooyoo recently? I really need to get back to it!

The idea is that the debt free date still remains "as soon as is practically possible!".......

This one has been on the market for a while, but would def be on my list of "walk to work" properties - no need to worry about running cars/bikes/missing buses.........it's in my fave part of town and ticks all the "practical" boxes.

Nah, the 'pointy roof' brigade won't like it :rotfl:

Just wondering Hypno, you're talking about about a heck of a lot on your mortgage at a time DD & DS will be thinking of going to uni, or at least in a few more years? Silly me, you'll probably have the mortgage paid off by then :D

    Edit: Happy Birthday Walshy xx
