Dear God you're a temptress Hypno. The way you wrote prawn and avocado on oatmeal, had me salivating and about to jump in the car for a speedy dash to the local Pret :coffee:, but i'm back in control (just).

I've given up trying - no matter how much I try and visualise it, it is still a bloomin fruit salad

Mind you, even a value fruit salad would have been more appetising than my stale sarnies - someone obviously left the bag open last night, and of course in this weather, the bread dries out so quickly........gah!!

Can someone spend some of their £20 please - I feel like a right numpty :p
Rides to the rescue...:rotfl: I forgot I'd promised to take a sick friend out today... so we had lunch £5.50 down :o - my house was no where near respectably tidy enough to bring anyone back to! She bought me coffee though!

So total spent out of £20 so far - £10.56!(excluding haircut which was pre-booked)

Still need to pick up sis, buy petrol and do a 180+ mile round trip to pick up my newer car! Off to raid the fridge for some cans and snacks to take with us...!

Well done to everyone still holding their crisp £20, commiserations and better luck next time to those for whom it has already gone and so pleased KC that the operation went well!

Bye for now off to get my new brum brum while this car is still driveable!:rotfl:

Yes Monday is day 1.......I am really hoping to do 2 weeks again.......preferably even a bit longer. We are off on holiday in 2.5 weeks so if I could make mine last until then, it will make a good difference!
