  • Hypno and all dieters: as long as the overall trend is down - which you know only if you do a daily weigh in for several days- the odd fluctuation upwards isn't a problem!

    Morning hypno, I am definitely going to declutter, well at least you have got me thinking about doing it!!! Im a desperate hoarder of stuff. I know I dont need it and never will look at it unless Im going to try to declutter. Ahh well off to get rid of some paperwork at the very least.:T

    Christmas,,,,no never been into it,,,just a bloody expensive 3 days,,,,,

    hate the shops the hype eth,,,,always worked retail,,so worked over the holidays and x mas day for 12 yrs....

    but i love the sentiment of christmas,,,not in a religious way , not comercial side,,
    and with oh being European,,,we celebrate xmas eve,,,with a family meal so this is an all day pep job,,,
    its become a major family time,,,
    having said that i just love getting up at 4am to put Lego together:rotfl::rotfl:

    not sleeping shaun as if i do i wont sleep tonight and so the cycle will continue ...never do sleep after my last night shift ....cant wait to get off of shifts though i can tell ya

    not going lithuaiania in oct flight prices are crazy R.A advertising €48,,,,but cant find any for oct,,,nov

    so going to ask M,IN-LAW,,,if she will take the kids for 3 days and we we have a hotel break in the uk

    a few days somewhere in a premia inn with a book is badly needed:o

    occasionally you can get a room for £9 a night ...ok it isnt often ...but if you see it advertised you can arrange your visit round it maybe ??? or you could always come to scotland and visit me??
