My "three meals a day" bit is quite sensible - it is all the inbetween stuff that gives me a problem

guys, i am the same, and when I booked my holiday last year (friend has a villa, we got flights) I decided to buy all of my clothes a size smaller, in the hope that it would motivate me...I leave in 4 weeks and have really to kick some a5s if i dont wanna be running around lanzarote in the buff!!

I must come aboard too, Im the same its the inbetween meals when I let myself down big time. Its too easy to make a cuppa and say I'll have a biccy too. Did ok yesterday but that was because I was busy seeing to little ones and didn't get chance to pick. My mil says kitchen pickers wear big knickers:rotfl:so perhaps start with that notion. (ps she DOES wear big knickers)

I'm preggers so the big tummy's kinda part of the package! There was concern at one point that i had gestational diabetes. I looked on the diabetes UK website for tips about diet. They give really sensible advice and recommend a diet that they say everyone should follow anyway. There's a bit that takes you around supermarket shelves and they recommend the best choices to make eg whole grain bread over white bread. They also advise on how to consume food eg don't stop eating carbs, but think about portion size and try to eat them with protein foods. It really is worth a look

Gorgeous, that sounds really special. When I used Eurotunnel with my sister, we got on an earlier crossing both ways.... seems traffic is definitely down ....

Omigod! I had to pick this one out of the diet-y stuff. My downfall is portion size. It used to be in between snacks, but I simply don't keep them in the house now. I need to tone and get fit more than lose weight. But now I have a cold, I don't think I'm going to be doing too much for a little while ...
