Might not be the best thing to do. It may explain your snacking.

That makes sense, Z.......I will have to wean myself off more than I think!

BUT........I have earned double :A:A today - not only have I not eaten crap, but I have also been for a run

Yup, I got home, headed straight upstairs to get changed, and went running for 20 mins - not fast, not pretty, but I surprised myself by not stopping to walk at all :D

It is strange to think that 4 months ago I was talking about being able to run 18 or 19 miles without stopping........and today I am pretty chuffed that I managed 20 mins!!

Go girl! I have managed to amble to the co-op and bought milk, bread and a little something else which I am not permitted to put on this thread, as I could lead you into temptation but I will think about you all as I chomp and slurp later.

You don't actually have to wean yourself off - just use a tiny little bit of *real* sugar to sweeten it. The problem comes about when you promise your body (via the sweet taste) some sugar...and then fail to deliver it.

    It then goes a'huntin...

I mean I am going to have to wean myself off the sweet taste - not just having two sugars in my coffee instead of two sweetners......I drink so much coffee, that if I had two sugars in each one, it would be loads!

Yes, but if you cut down, your tongue will enhance the subdued sweetness. Other things like the taste of fruit will also benefit.

Chocolate will be harder, unless you take up the 90% stuff... ;)
