I used my wii fit every day for half an hour after last christmas - it was brill and I saw the weight going down slowly. Then was ill and got out of the habit - went back on last week and nearly fell off it laughing at the sarky comments it made about my weight gain and lack of use :o

Made it for a swim last night but only did 10 lengths - not been for ages and could feel my tummy muscles objecting. Planning to go back at least 3 times a week straight from work and build up slowly (not spend all my time in Jaccuzzi) - this will give me a bit of much needed exercise and stop me going in from work with a cuppa bag of crisps or biscuits or BOTH before dh arrives home. I was going for a swim or gym every night after work a couple of years ago - I even enjoyed it - so WHY do I let these good habits slip but can't get out of bad habits :confused:

Oh, and my crap count for today: one Frijj drink. It's half forgiveable as it helps to replenish my depleted calcium levels (that and I was at the supermarket after having not eaten any dinner). Still...

So, is it the wii or the wee which is going to help you lose weight

I don't have a wii......so will have to try and keep up the running.

That's true chocohlism, or damaged tastebuds! ;)

A while ago I saw some 99% stuff and bought some to try it. It just tasted like grainy cocoa stuck together with a bit or water, and/or maybe spit. Wouldn't do it again. 96% can't be far off that. You're a legend!

It did kind of melt in my mouth into something a bit "gritty"...

But I could happily eat a full sized bar of G&B or Lindt.....even the 80 or 90 percent stuff that is not easily available here. And of course when they are on offer - buy 2 for £2 for example, I could happily eat 2 :o

I don't like that! For me, its the combination of sugar and chocolate taste, I think
