    I've caught up!!

How is the loan pot Hypno and how much do you need?

I can happily resist the biccies (by never having them in!) and the chocolate isn't a major problem although I do have small amounts in the freezer for when I fancy a square or mini something with coffee. It's always when I have coffee, usually after lunch. For me the biggee is wine. I am being more serious about alc free days as my blood pressure seems to have gone through the roof.
